I’ve been using this spot treatment for stubborn acne, and it works really well. The gel dries quickly and helps reduce redness and swelling without over-drying my skin. It’s strong but gentle enough for sensitive areas, and a small amount goes a long way. I’ve noticed that breakouts heal faster when I use it at the first sign of a blemish. Be careful because I WILL BLEACH clothes/towels, etc! I would say it does not get rid of pimples overnight, but definitely reduces overall redness and inflammation. Does take a couple days for a really big pimple. Smaller pimples, it does reduce/resolve much quicker. I def recommend using right away at the first sign of a pimple. Overall, this is a reliable, effective treatment for acne-prone skin. I’d recommend it to anyone dealing with stubborn spots.

Yall, i literally never go out of my way to write reviews but this stuff is insane. it works AMAZING. I have struggled with hormonal acne my whole life, specifically on my jawline and all around my throat under my neck. as well as the sides of my face. My acne completely disintegrated within 2-3 days. this stuff is hardcore and definitely not for sensitive skin. i don’t have super sensitive skin and my skin takes harsh products pretty well, but this stuff even has my skin very red and irritated if i use it more than once a day because of how strong it is. i used aquafor this morning to calm it which helped. use this stuff mildly but if you have bad hormonal acne, PURCHASE THIS STUFF NEOW

This treatment started fine. I applied it once a day. First, it got super flaky and started peeling off. It dried out my skin. But... it was kinda worth it when I saw how much tinier my pimples were getting... For reference, I'm a teenage girl with mild acne. Best of luck...

WOW! I've never used a topical before that made such a big difference! I'm 40 and was getting stubborn acne on my chin and jawline and decided to try this. I read the reviews that said it can be drying and irritating, so I applied a thin layer once and decided to wait 2 days before reapplying. I didn't even need to reapply - it worked within 1-2 days! It did dry out the area, so I exfoliated with a washcloth and used face lotion for a couple days until it evened out. Again, if you have sensitive skin, don't over apply this product!!

This stuff works. I'm 46 and have had a ton of issues with hormonal breakouts around my chin this last year. Tried just about everything, zinc, azelaic, cicaplast etc. over the last 6 months and no improvement. I forgot about this stuff, which I have used for years, and then remembered and bought some and 24 hours later, breakout is totally gone. Old spots are healing and there are no new spots coming up for the first time in months.

Don’t get me wrong this stuff works! But use sparingly. Just a little bit too much, and it will irritate your skin. I don’t know why but every single time I think I can use this on a pimple , a day later that area of my face is red and swollen. I don’t know if I’m allergic to anything in it …I’m not allergic to anything that I know of. Or it’s just my skin? I don’t have sensitive skin as an issue when it comes to other facial products . I’m not rubbing it in my skin at all, just a little dot on a spot. Just beware.

Pros: - This product doesn’t have much of a smell. (slight chemical scent at first but dissipates quickly) - It does kill acne / active breakouts - Works quickly, 5-7 days to see visible improvements - Strongest concentration available without a prescription Cons: - Very strong which means it is highly irritating and drying - Does not dry clear - Bleaches everything - Will cause skin sensitivity, a good SPF will be needed daily, as well as a moisturizer. A con only if you don’t like having a skincare routine My skin is oily, acne prone, and slightly sensitive. Benzoyl peroxide is very harsh and drying, so if you are a beginner, I wouldn’t recommend this only because of the common beginner’s error of using more than you need, thinking it will work faster. Start with 2.5% or 5% first, and then switch to this once your skin adjusts and you have a feel for how much you actually need. This product in particular is very strong, it is harsh, but it works. When used consistently, it will clear active breakouts and prevent new ones from forming. As I mentioned above, you will need both a moisturizer and a facial sunscreen of at least SPF 30, because Benzoyl Peroxide causes photosensitivity. Sun exposure will also cause any leftover scarring to darken and stick around on your face for much longer. As a side note, if you have sensitive skin and this is too irritating, you can try out a benzoyl peroxide based face wash. Those do work - there are studies proving benzoyl peroxide to be effect with short contact on skin. A leave-on BP product is infinitely more harsh on the skin than a wash-off formula but for some breakouts, a leave-on is necessary. For active breakouts, Neutrogena's Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Spot Gel works well. Benzoyl peroxide is a powerful ingredient, 10% is the maximum recommended concentration which is what this product contains. 10% is very drying, so you will need a moisturizer with this, otherwise you will probably experience a breakout due to your skin being overdried. This product is a white cream that does NOT dry clear. I like to use it as a spot treatment (at night only, because it is streaky and white) on active pimples and as a cream over areas that I get breakouts (chin, forehead). It also bleaches everything, so keep your hair pulled back and sleep with an old towel on your pillow. I don’t think you could use this during the day, even when it dries if you try to apply make-up over it will flake (and it dries white and tends to “crackle” and flake) Overall, 5 stars because it’s benzoyl peroxide, and it does what it is supposed to do. This is packaged well, the cap seals it well so there’s no problems with oxidizing. It only works if you use consistently. I went with Neutrogena because it’s a trusted brand I have had success with in the past, and I also enjoy their lines of moisturizers.

With having to wear a face mask, haven breaking out very bad along my cheeks and jawline and under my chin into my neck. Within two days the breakouts have cleared and even the dark marks left from my scratching and damaging my skin is less visible. Using this now on break outs that appear all over my body.

It’s great to dry out ur acne in da spot and it’s true within 2 hours ur acne start heeling But!! You need to use daily once or twice for 4 weeks to have the best result and apply only in pimple not in the whole area

هذي علبتي الثانية للمنتج..انا بشرتي مختلطة و الT zone دايم يزيت عندي خاصتا بعد كم ساعة و يصير فيه حبوب صغيره فيهم بسبب الزيت الزايد..لكن هذا المنتج ينشف الزيوت الزايدة بدون يزيل الزيوت النافعه و بدون يحسس البشره..احطه على جبهتي كلها و خشمي لكن باقي وجهي بس احطه عالحبوب مره بتشوفون فرق خلال اقل من ٥ ايام انصح فيه مره

I applied it on breakouts twice daily, they disappear by two days, but still leave an after scar. I was mostly getting small spots, so I am nit sure how effective it would be on larger pimples,
