Excellent battery Bullets wireless 2
Update 2: I have since ordered and sent back a second set of these headphones which were dead on arrival and failed to charge. Amazon EU gave me a refund 2 weeks later as it took so long sending the product back to EU. Maybe Amazon is holding a bad batch but when purchased these headphones else where they had served me well. So please keep this in mind when purchasing. **Edit** Unfortunately sent back due to people getting high pitched noise when on call. My previous ones lasted a few years with daily use. Dissapointed with the ones from amazon. Delivery of the product was slightly longer due to them coming from the EU, however they still arrived well packaged a day earlier than expected. These earphones are by far the best earphones I have used with a long battery life. I have used these throughout the day. A typical day would be 8am when I'm heading to work with mostly used for calls until 2am and the battery still states 30%. I have been blown away with how great the battery life is on the bullet wireless 3 EA302 model. Prior to these I had to swap 2 blutooth earphones with them being Beats X and a cheaper set of ebay. Another great feature is they have warp charge. Charging these for 10 mins will get you through the entire day. An excellent feature that should be standard in 2021. The sound quality on these are brilliant, with you clearly being able to hear everything on the other side of the call. In addition, the oppposite person can also hear you without issie thanks to the Qualcomm AptX sound technology in this model. These are neckband designed so stay around my neck most of the time to avoid losing them or misplacing them. They switch on via a magnetic feature by clipping them apart to switch them on or connecting the back end of the earphones together to switch them. If they do unclip by accident in your pocket, they will automatically switch off after 2 to 5 mins. The sound quality on these can be compared to some professional earphones. I'm not an audophile but enjoy various music. These are very good in terms of sound quality where you can hear great detail in the song, clear lyrics and a smooth deep bass. They do not get deep as over head headphones but the bass is deep enough for you to appreciate those lows on a track. Together with being loud for a bluetooth headset they can be compared to SoundMagic E10 earphones which are an excellent pair of wired earphones with decent sound quality. Keep in mind these are bluetooth afterall so do not have high expectations by comparing them to wired earphones which some people do. These give a great overall sound signature and as an overall package for both calls and music these are excellent. I have not enjoyed bose or beats x as much as the oneplus bullets 2. Keep in mind there are 2 versions of these, one being the cheap model so do not get confused. These are the bullets 2 EA302 model specifically and not the cheaper version that look similar. From the price point i have to say these are expensive and should retail around the £50-£60 mark as a fair price. I cannot comment on gym or excercise use or waterproof as I have not tried them. Given the money spent I would not want to try them either as I use these for calls and watching netflix, youtube and music on my phone. They pair up with a samsung galaxy s9 fairly quickly and without issue. The bluetooth connection also remains stable but again I cannot comment on other phone models. Overall I'm very impressed an addicted to these and give them 10/10 after being dissapointed by many good branded expensive earphones. If you want earphones that serve all the purposes you would want a bluetooth headset for then these are amongst the best. It also comes down to preference as some people like ear buds. In comparison for a neckband version of earphones these are amongst the best. In my personal opinion these are the best I have owned without issues from all neckband earphones i tried. Buy with confidence you will not be dissapointed. But also keep an open mind that you will need to burn these in with some use. Over time they become the best version of themselves although out of the box they are just as impressive.

My favourite neckband
I'm on my second pair, as I treat them rough. They're getting harder to find and replace, but these are the best neckbands I've found. Comfort, battery life, signal are all top-notch. I'm sure sound quality is beatable, but it's good enough for me. The physical controls are simple and responsive, with no confusion. The magnetic pause is the most useful feature when you need to deal with the world quickly, and no mistaking that they are turned off.

Good device but not compatible with Windows 10 / Laptop
Simple use with iPhone, brilliant. I wanted to use it on Zoom and Teams calls with my laptop (Windows 10) as colleagues keep complaining about my current headphones but I haven't been able to make it work so far. I've just been talking to the manufacturer who say the headphones are for use with phones, they couldn't help. So thought you should know. Am contemplating returning them now. Update: now working with laptop pretty well but a confusing process to get there which OnePlus helpline could not help with. If you want to know more drop me a line.

Genuine 5 star product
Genuine 5 star product. I'm comparing directly to SoundMagic E11BT (£70 RRP and only AptX) - first pair the controls/left connection broke, second pair stopped pairing (SoundMagic said new models have that remedied but wouldn't help as I didn't buy directly from them!). OnePlus have a Manufacturer's warranty, wherever you buy from - even a no quibble refund if in original condition!!! Like the E11BTs the tone is quite even and accurate. There's well defined bass rather than too much (though they easilly do justice to dance music for earphones). A touch confised with some Placebo straight out of the box, but once run in (needing to is usually a good sign) individual instruments are clear and distinct. They go further than the E11BT at that 'inside your head' 3D feeling and soundstage. I don't pretend that I can hear the difference between lossless 16 bit and Hi-Res recordings - the average quality of many masters* (at any bit quality) is more the issue for me. Comparing Spotify extreme quality on AptX to AptX HD (on Spotify and Tidal HiFi quality) does seem to be a step up in sound quality and hearing instuments in the mix that you hadn't noticed before, and with more clarity and positioning in the soundstage. Really musical! Certainly beat my E11C wired earphones (£50 RRP these days). *I've found the sound of the same albums, sometimes better sometimes worse on Spotify (extreme quality, ogg format) when comparing to upscaled Hi-Res, mp3, FLAC on various players - I think it's the mastering quality more than the format, and not any issue with the app itself. Very comfortable. A professional review I read said they fit in the ear very well - although ear canals differ in shape, even your left and right, so I always use memory foam tips (not provided). Solid metal earpieces feel solid but not weighty and the left and right batteries keep things from slipping to one side or other (vs. the lighter, EB11BT batteries) yet not heavy enough to notice they are there. When you first get them there's a dedicated button you just tap to pair (taht simple, no holding down for a number of seconds). Thereafter, when you detach the magnetised earpieces the set turns on and searches for the last connection (neither Tidal nor Spotify on Android automatically started playing, but phone calls will just switch to these earphones). The magnets are stronger, so I trust them to stay together (which turns them off - no off button to hold down) - and if you forget, they turn off anyway after 5 minutes. Really well designed - why aren't OnePlus the king's of earphones? Yet.

Hard wearing, good bass after running in. Managed to damage mic.
So something different to the other reviews. I am really hard on my headphones. My dad use to say that I should professionally text audio equipment for companies. That being said my ovation hd600's are nearly 20 years old and still work and look fine. Anyway I got these for free with my OnePlus 7pro. Headphones with me last between a few hours and maybe 9 months of use when I use them every day (often for up to 12 hours a day I've done 18 hours fairly frequently with these needing a charge at some point during the day most days). These headphones have about 5-6 months constant use on them over the 11 months I've owned them. As in I've had them in use for around 6 months of actual work where they have been on and either playing music, taking calls or listening to audible. My i5 and i3 sennheisers only managed 5-6 months of the same sort of use before the cables disintegrated. Others (soundmagic /Sony) end up with the buds snapped off or other components failing. I've pretty much replaced my headphones that I use when walking or working every 4-6 months since about 1988. These are still as good as new, with the exception of the mic. For some reason the mic is playing up, recording off it, or taking to Alexa it works fine, but on the phone, Skype, teams or WhatsApp and all I get is complaints that the audio is muffled. I will try and clean it at some point with alcohol but I really don't know what happened to it. (An alcohol clean down did fix this issue btw, something must have been blocking the little hole that the mic sits behind). The audio quality originally was lean, but after a few days of use the bass now comes in well. It's not the same as 40mm diver bass of an overhead pair of headphones but it's there and good for a headphone of this size. Even with the damaged mic they are still the best buds I've ever had, if they carry on working as they have they will actually end up being the cheapest buds I've owned too (that's if I'd have paid for them in the first place). Battery charging is brilliant, 10 mins and you have as much charge as you want, and even on a slow charge they still charge fast enough that you can stop using them interact with people and have them back and ready when you want to be antisocial again. Probably time for me to get my hearing checked, until I wrote this I didn't know what my with was moaning about with how much I was using them! Anyway highly recommend, I doubt this will be my last pair. Something that may be helpful. Mine died today and I was a little distraught. However the issue was that they no longer connected to the phone. Or anything else. Initially separating the buds did nothing, I charged them with no change. I then held the + - buttons and the white light started to come one when they were separated again. At this point however I couldn't get them to connect via Bluetooth any more. Eventually after 30 mins trying to get them to work I started to get 3 flashes on the led when the buds were separated, a white, white and a red. Trawling the forums I found this advice. "Put the headphones on charge, separate the Budds before you disconnect the charger, then disconnect the charger and push and hold the switch device button for 10 secconds. Now put the buds together and try and conect to them again. For me this worked first time and my headphones are working again.

Awful customer service
My earphones broke after 6 months. When I reached out to support they refused to engage with me or offer any assistance. Awful customer service - would not recommend

Great sound for music. Has aptx HD
These are pretty good headset. 1) Battery life - very good, gives about 8 to 10 hrs. 2) Microphone - This is a hit and miss, whilst the listeners did not complain about the quality of the voice, sometimes they could not hear me and I had to hold the mike nearer to the mouth to make my self heard. In windy situations, the mic. could have been better. Difficult for the other party to hear. 3) Music - This is where they shine, due to aptx HD, you can hear parts of the music which you may not hear with other headsets, to my ears these are fantastic to listen to music - spotify, gaana, amazon music etc. Some folks may find the bass a bit less but for me it is fine, besides I can use the equalizer if I need more bass 4) Comfort - great, the ear tips are great - very little fatigue, secondly hanging from the neck is also fine as they do not weigh too much However, what baffles me is that it does not have a mute button for calls (or I am unable to find it) Second - they are always on, the only way to put them to sleep is to use the magnets. Thirdly - Bloody fiddly to pack into a the pouch provided. Overall - for music, great, for calls average. However recommended.

Hammer Sound
Bin super zufrieden

Battery Life, Convenience, Value for money.
Amazing product. Bought the OnePlus 7T Pro recently and thought of pairing it up with this. Convenience, battery life, quality is fantastic. The positioning of the mic is perfect to make calls. The magnetic feature which auto connects and disconnects the bullets is a well done by the manufacturer. Battery life is very good. I do 150 calls a day at an average. Maybe 4 hours of video play at night and I still don't require charging it for 2-3 days. Warp charging charges it in 15-20 mins.

No funciona
Por algún caso que desconozco, al desimantar los auriculares no se enciende la luz blanca de emparejamiento. Lo pongo a cargar y no termina de cargar, por lo que creo que no se pueden cargar.
