General scrotal pain during the day and during the night, or nearly 24 hours/day. I was a bit suspect of the non-stretch waist band. Turns out that the non-stretch holds the sac much better. Finally a scrotal support that is comfortable on all 24 hours. The best part is the sac's exterior edges. Its is a double the soft material and does not cause pain where the sac hugs under the scrotum, which has always been the problem area with previous suspensories. Be sure to order by the length of the waist band. I'm a 35"waist and the medium waist band had another 5 inches to go. The sac size is determined by the waist size. I was skeptical but the sac size fit fine. Just bought a second one.

This item is just about worthless. Design flaw. No way to keep the family jewels in place without a way to keep them down, maybe with an additional strap for the rear. You'd be be better off with a smaller than normal jock strap.Your results may vary.

I used this extensively after my vasectomy. It gave me great support, helped keep the healing pains at bay quite a bit. Was able to ice effectively with it on too. I had to wear it longer than I expected, and it stood up to the use. Highly recommend this to 'tight underwear' after that kind of surgery, it's much more effective.

I ordered them hold up the testicles and keep the sac from hanging too low. It does a good job so far. I think they could be cheaoer.

EXCELLENT SUPPORT HANDS DOWN!!! Only thing when washing use slow wash or hand wash or threads will begin to come out and button to hold it together will become sensitive to hard movement and will undo. Other than that Very good item if hand or slow washed.

Didn't run into any major complications, but my results weren't "rest for the weekend and return to work on Monday," either. everything was still very sore about a week out, with pain and bruising 6 days post. I researched a bit and decided to give this thing a try. Worked to hold things in place and ease the pain so much more than my homemade contraption; worth the investment.

Compre este producto porque tengo problemas de varicocele izquierdo he usado otros suspensorios de los deportivos pero este me funciono mejor por que levanta los testiculos y es muy comodo el material se ve de media calidad porque se le salen algunas costuras el broche es el que no me convence aver cuanto dura por eso le doy 4 estrellas de la talla para que sepan cual pedir yo pedi mediana porque no tengo los testiculos inchados, no tengo hidrocele u otras cosas. mas que varicocele leve pero mis testiculos están normales asi que la mediana me quedo perfecta. La talla chica pienso que ya es demasiado pequeña y de ahi otras tallas mas para arriva como lo es grande y extragrande esas ya son cuando tienes problemas mas grandes como lo es inchason de testiculos o hidrocele grave
