Don't know the lumens , not very bright

Does this hang by magnet?

No, it does not hang by a magnet. Buy a different product. This is advertised as a 3LED flashlight and I received a flashlight with a single incandescent bulb. I returned it for an exchange and received the same thing.

Does it have a push button switch?

No push button. Slide switch. Push forward, lite on. Push back, lite off.
