Yes it is! I am EXTREMELY ALLERGIC to latex and this is the glue I use and love! It’s the best!!

Yes the glue never bothers or irritates me a little goes along way.

How easy is it to remove this glue at the end of the day?

Very easy, it's not the best but it co.es in black. A little oily anything will take it off
