I have been taking this Puritan's Pride apple cider vinegar supplement for about 2-3 weeks now to help treat my acid reflux symptoms and I am very happy to report that THEY ACTUALLY WORK!!!! I can't even believe it! I was very skeptical when I first ordered these, but they were inexpensive enough that I was willing to give them a shot. They are MUCH more effective than any over-the-counter or prescription reflux medications and I love that they are 100% natural. My reflux is now almost completely gone and rarely ever bothers me anymore, all thanks to this product. On top of that, I can tell that I have definitely lost a little bit of weight since I've started taking these, which is a known (and welcome) side effect of apple cider vinegar and is another reason why a lot of people take it. The bottle says to only take one tablet per day, but I take two, one in the morning and one at night, and have had excellent results doing so. Prior to ordering these pills, I was drinking the Bragg's apple cider vinegar every single day, but it really didn't seem to be doing all that much for me and it tasted so horrible that drinking it almost felt like a chore that I had to literally force myself to do, so I decided to give these pills a try instead, and I'm very glad that I did! Now, there are a couple of things that are worth mentioning about this product. First is that these pills are VERY large, much larger than the average pill. At first, I had just a very slight amount of difficulty swallowing them because they were so large, but I now seem to have gotten used to them and I no longer have that problem. I just learned to drink plenty of water to help wash the pill down so that it doesn't get "stuck." Some people who have trouble swallowing large pills may actually need to cut the pill in half in order to get it down. Secondly, these pills are extremely potent and acidic, so don't let them sit on your lips or tongue for any length of time because they WILL burn (I learned this the hard way)! They have a very strong odor as well, but that's actually a good thing since that lets you know that they are the real deal and are made with pure ACV, unlike so many other ACV supplements on the market that aren't nearly as potent and even have other unnecessary ingredients in them. I also noticed a very slight burning sensation in my throat and esophagus for just a minute or two after swallowing the pill when I initially started taking them, but that seems to have gone away now. I found that drinking lots of cold water when taking these pills helps to greatly minimize and even totally eliminate that burning sensation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this supplement. Apple cider vinegar provides a multitude of great health benefits and these pills are so much more convenient than forcing yourself to drink that nasty tasting liquid apple cider vinegar. They are also extremely affordable and you get 200 tablets per bottle, so you really do get your money's worth with this product. I will absolutely be ordering another bottle...and then another....and another! DISCLAIMER: I have NOT been paid or given free or discounted products for my review. It appears that I can't give a personal medical benefit story here so I won't as it violates some rule. All I can say is that the product is great.

I have had stomach troubles on & off for about 20 years. A few months ago I had it and took Pepcid most every day, didn't cure it. I read about the ACV and decided to try it but all I had was liquid. Well I did it anyway (yuck!) and it worked that day and I have been taking it ever since. When I found out it worked after a few days of the liquid, I immediately came to Amazon to get some pills! To the people who complain.... They smell bad - yes, so does regular vinegar. They taste bad - yes, so does vinegar, and this taste goes away after you swallow it They aren't coated - still better than liquid vinegar Hard to swallow - put the pill in your mouth back as far as you can on your tongue, then DRINK water - don't stop until it goes down. Don't take a sip and tilt your head back and shake and all that - DRINK as much as it takes and it will go down I assure you. These are much better than drinking liquid ACV so get coated if you wanted coated but you can't give these a bd review because of no coating and the smell...come on...

I can not put my finger on what makes these so hard to swallow. They almost always get stuck in my throat. They are not very large. It has to be the shape or thickness. The product works well and helps with digestion, though.

My husband and I started taking these I think maybe two months ago maybe a little less. We have both lost weight him like 26 lbs so far. Me I'm not sure, but I sure see the difference ( I think I lost maybe about 15 lbs so far). What's more is we have alot more energy. Most of all my hands and feet stopped going numb every five min. or if I stand or sit too long. It takes much longer for them to do so and I don't loose complete feeling anymore unless I miss a day or two, then right away I notice it start come back. My husband HATES the taste and smell of apple cider vinegar, and I never thought I could get him on board with me and taking these because of this but he told me he hates to admit it, but this supplement has really helped him in so many ways he just can not believe it. He says it's a way better way to do it. I am so glad I ordered these and will not stop taking these for a very long time if ever. I am 44 hubby is 62 and I feel like this has been a wonderful investment in our health. Only thing is if I don't eat first, makes my tummy sick with nausea. So take these with food but I recommend you try them. I think we started to notice a difference after about two weeks and are still seeing our weight slowly decrease and health increase daily.

I bought these Apple Cider Vinegar tablets for a few reasons: I was looking for the benefits such a better regulated GI tract, the detox benefits, and personally -- for my acne. I read up a bit and found that Apple Cider Vinegar can help acne by balancing acidity levels. I gave it a shot and lo and behold, it has been working! My stomach feels better when I take one tablet daily, and my acne is not as severe. I have always had bad acne and nothing, not Proactiv+ or the range of market acne products have helped. So, I decided to try something different and target the reason for my acne from the inside. So, within 2 or 3 days, actually, my skin looked better and didn't break out as much at all, and I feel better due to the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. I'm really glad I tried these and I will buy again. The ONLY Con is the tablet is not coated so it can be tough to swallow if you don't throw it back and wash it down quickly. But this isn't a deal breaker by any means. I'm happy that it works so well!!

They are pressed round big pills. I have a hard time swallowing them. Flavor is not noticeable but are vinegar scented. I do like the effects and I get a big energy burst from them and have noticed weight loss is easier when using them while doing lazy low carb keto. If you don't mind powder pills then I recommend them but I'd not get the capsules or gummies.

Minimal fillers and dissolves quickly. A must have for gastric health and maintaining stomach acidity. Taking after meals with water is general way. Keeping stomach ph down meaning more acid is the solution for sour stomach and or heart burn. Taking acid reducers increases the likelihood of bad gut bacteria or worsening over time the health of your gut via more bad bacteria. ACV tablets are safer on your teeth than drinking diluted vinegar.
