I love Weiman products. The scrubbing pads are easy to use. I seem to spill on my cooktop while cooking and these pads are the right size for my hands. The pads remove the burnt on spills every time and my cooktop shine like new. The pads are rough in appearance but they do not scratch my cooktop. I'm glad I found them.

It did not take me long to realize that apparently I did not buy these cook top scrubbing pads… I somehow summoned them out of a maelstrom called Amazon. Our glass cooktop not even a couple of months old was a hideous battlefield—burnt cheese, weeks old splatters, mystery goo mixed with burned plastic from some sort of former cooking utensil, and the scorched remains of burnt-on thing that was from our last Jul celebration that did not go to Valhalla. Then these red Nordic warriors arrived to conquer all of our cooktop embarrassment. With every mighty scrub, they raided the grease like Vikings storming a monastery. Burnt-on mystery things didn’t stand a chance. One swipe and the grime began to flee. Two swipes and it was telling tales of defeat in sagas. Yet despite their ferocity, these pads show honor. They do not scratch the sacred glass cooktop. They cleanse with the precision of a sword forged with utmost craftsmanship. Strong. Relentless. Gentle where it matters. I now find myself cleaning just for the glory of it. The stove? Polished like Odin’s shield. The sink? Worthy of a feast. I even wiped down the stainless steel fridge because it tried to seduce me with ice cream in the freezer compartment. If your cooktop is cursed by the spirits of past meals like ours, fear not! PROS: Attaches to scrubbing holder strongly, works well, rinses clean pretty easily CONS: Pain to get off scrubbing holder to clean or reverse Putting these onto the scrubber holder is as simple as pressing it on, and then using. I recommend wetting it a little before putting it on, I found it a little easier to remove when you use it up or to take off for cleaning. You can technically use without the holder, but I do not recommend this, as the scrubber gives you a little extra oomph when you are scrubbing the stove top. I have tried using the off brands available in the store, but the weave is a bit different, and I felt like I was scratching my stove a bit. So, I stopped doing that. But you can use these over and over and they last a really long time. I bought these back in September, 2015 and this is December 2015 and I am still using the same box of 3. Be careful about one thing though, if a friend offers to do the dishes, don't keep it by the sink, they will use it to wash your dishes with. It didn't hurt the dishes or the pad, but I did have to wash the pad to get all the soap out so it wouldn't leave streaks on my stovetop. Great cleaning product. Works beat with the cleaning products that clean glass surfaces. The thickness was great and is great used on stoves.

I am a greeny scrubber kind of girl in my heart and had a tendency to clean everything with it. I will not do dishes with anything else (sponges are too gross in my opinion and try to use a sponge on a burned pot.) However, at some point in my life I had to finally realize that however much I love my greeny scrubby, it is too harsh on some things and will scratch. I learned this the hard way. I use Weiman stove-top cleaner and this scrubby was recommended by some reviewer for one of their products. I must say that this is a great little red scrubby that does exactly what it says: gentle enough to remove any mess, burned on or otherwise (even paint splatters on a wooden floor), and doesn't scratch any item it is used on. I will now use it on anything I don't want to scratch up, and have doubts about when it comes to the greeny. I have a gas stove with some form of glass top and the darn thing was impossible to get fully clean. Since I was too scared to use my greeny on the stove top, I was somehow managing without a proper stove-top cleaner for years. It is a shame, because my stainless steal uber-expensive GE stove was always looking dirty, even when it was theoretically clean. There was always these rings of something or other still around the burners, even after I used a razor scraper on them out out of shear frustration. Then I discovered Weiman stove-top heavy duty cleaner (and their every-day stove-top cleaner) and use with this scrubbing pad and viola - stove top as good as new in less then 5 minutes! No more rings after god knows and no more water stains. No more spending an hour or longer flexing my arm-muscles with minimal results. I actually cut these in half (since then they are easier to hold) and use with the oven cleaner as instructed. These last a long time and the price is nothing short of amazing for the durability of one pad (and you get three in a package.) This scrubby is a heaven-send literally. It is one of these products (as is Weiman's stove-top cleaners) that you wondered how you were managing without. Now I am a greeny and a reddy scrubby kind of girl! :)

I bought this due to the brand. Unfortunately this did not remove the dirt on my ceramic top. The Weiman liquid stove top cleaner works wonders but cannot source it anywhere in SA
