Great price and worked initially. Instructions in case were for a different (three light) model making it difficult to fully understand the workings of the single light model to start with but sorted after a little experimentation. However, after a couple of weeks it stopped working. My guess was the lightening connection was broken inside the case. We sold the phone shortly after so didn’t bother with customer services so cannot comment on whether good or bad.A little disappointed as looked great and protected the phone well. Just a shame it wasn’t a bit more robust in operation (correct instructions might have helped too!).

Lasted a few months then stopped charging properly. Looks nice... not many other options in this size anymore.

i cant for the life of me get the phone and battery pack to see each other when connected the phone dosnt charge only the pack and it loses phone life quicker i looked at the instructions that didnt work either anyone know wahat im doing wrong ?
