Nice resaw blade
this is my only half inch bandsaw blade. I use it for resawing rough lumber. I have been successful resawing ambrosia maple, walnut, and red oak. Properly tensioned, and with a reasonable feed speed, I get a good cut that I can then clean up with sandpaper in some cases, and a planer if its too much to sand. I don't do enough resawing of hardwoods to predict the lifespan of this blade, but it has already lasted longer than the blade the I used first. Won't say the name of that one though.

I was instantly pleased with the performance of this replacement blade
This blade was exactly what I was hoping for. Although I own a small woodworking business, I admittedly do not have a ton of time spent on my small bandsaw, and typically favor my scroll, table, or miter saws. For me, the bandsaw was always just a little too difficult to use. The blade would walk around over the length of my cuts, and it just ended up being a pain. After researching, I discovered some key points in fine-tuning the various components, including choosing the proper blade for the material. To most veterans of the woodshop, this comes as a no-brainer--I have multiple blades for every other saw in my shop--but for some reason I never thought about how much the width and teeth of my bandsaw blade would affect its performance. Suffice to say that I am very pleased with this new blade. For my particular projects, it has given me straight and clean cuts with a good balance of feed rate and surface finish. Although I still have less than an hour and a half on this one, I feel like the teeth are still sharp, with no obvious signs of wear or distress. So far, it has been the single biggest improvement for this machine.

So much better than my standard blade
This blade cuts very good and it is so much better than the standard blade that came with my saw. We will see how long it lasts but performing well so far.

Works on the Laguna 10V
Excellent Blade. Works on the Laguna 10V (as well as the 10" Craftsman). Olson is ALWAYS good.

Cuts like a beast !
I've been machining, cutting, and turning steel, aluminum, and various hard woods for over 20 years. I was always a Lenox/Starrett kind of guy, especially when it came to bandsaw blades. I couldn't have been more uninformed. Like the title states, this thing cuts like a beast through just about anything you'd care to throw at it, (with exception to the hardened steels, D2 tool steel, etc.), and it's out-performed several other of my good quality blades that I've come to know and trust for years. The only noticeable flaw was a .004" high spot above the weld. Dressed with a piece of emery cloth and I was up and running again. Looks like Olson has a new customer.....

My hopes are that this bandsaw blade will be as good as their scroll saw blades.
Bought this blade for my Craftsman band saw. Needed to re-saw some 3-4" stock. I've been buying Olson blades for my scroll saw for years now and have enjoyed the quality of the blades, good cutting ability, cleanness of cuts and blade life. Hoping for the same results with the bandsaw blade. I haven't put it on yet to make any review of balance, cutting quality or blade life as of yet.

Great blade for small working cuts
This small blade works great on puzzle type pieces and small intricate pieces.

Need a sawblade, get this one.
I have previous experience with this brand blade from the machine shop I worked at. I thought how would this perform on my my little Craftsman bandsaw. Eureka, it works like a champ. Though I primarily cut aluminum, so far 2.75 dia., I do cut some mild steels with finer toothed blades. I do plan on continuing with this manufacturer and seller Great product. Keep up the good work!

Great blade.
I was using slightly cheaper blades but these really seem worth the money. This runs straight and flat and has been cutting brass and aluminum for months.

Excelente calidad y solidez

Best blade for rikon bandsaw
This blade is the best I have used on my rikon 10-3061. It is not too agressive so it does not grab the wood like other blades. Also great for resawing because 4 tpi is still plenty. If you use a bandsaw instead of a tablesaw like me, you are going to need a blade that does not wander all over the place. This blade cuts straight at an arrow. I have used over 10 different brands on my saw and this one does the best by far. So, do I recommend this blade, yes I do! As a side note, the finish this blade creates is not bad for a bandsaw.

Great blade, poorly stored
This is a great blade, sharp & holds an edge very well, good value for money. Unfortunately it had a lot of surface rust on arrival, which was annoying.
