First time using cloth diapers
This is my third baby, but my first time using cloth diapers, and I am absolutely floored I didn’t try this sooner! I’m in love with these diapers! There was definitely a learning curve for me, figuring out how to snap them correctly and snuggly, but now that I’ve figured it out it’s a breeze! I’ve used pampers with this baby previously and I would always have to change his diaper 2-3 times a night otherwise he would leak through, but I put two liners in one of these cloth diapers (one on the inside pocket and one just set in the diaper) and it lasts ALL NIGHT! And no leakage! And baby slept so soundly, he didn’t seem uncomfortable at all, unlike with the disposables. While it does seem pricey to get started with these, I realized that I spent about $75 in a single month on disposable diapers. I ordered 2 sets of these (7 in each set) plus an extra set of liners and a set of the disposable liners so all in all it ran me about $200 after tax and shipping for 14 diapers and 24 liners in total plus 3 rolls of disposable liners (100 in each roll). So easily what I would’ve spent in 3 months on disposable diapers, I spend in one go and now I’m good until he’s ready to potty train! I’d say well worth it! We go through usually 3 diapers a day, I typically change him often enough that I only need to switch out the liners and the rest of the diaper is still dry, but occasionally I’m not fast enough. I do a load of laundry everyday, so I don’t run the risk of running out of liners, but 24 liners still lasts us a couple days. And if you aren’t someone who does laundry everyday just invest in more liners! The disposable liners work great for poo cleanup, they *usually* keep the diaper clean (my baby is 6 weeks so this is the yellow mustard poo that gets EVERYWHERE), and they’re biodegradable which makes me feel better despite still being non reusable. This has been a game changer for both myself and my baby, and I cannot talk enough about how much I love them! I will definitely be buying more 😭 simply because I love the designs and want them all!

Cute, sustainable, quality, cost-efficient.
Okay, this is gonna be long, but being a new mom and cloth diapering, I am really happy that I found these diapers already. I will say that I haven’t tried every brand. Every family will have their favorite brand/style, and what works for one baby may not work for another, but for me and mine, these are our favorites! We use a diaper service, so I can’t attest to the actual inserts. However, these are our favorite diaper covers! We lay a prefold on top, but I like having the option to stuff in the future. They come in more appealing colors and patterns than a lot of other brands. The fit works well with my baby— he is long and lean, but is starting to chub up a little now at 5 months and they still fit him well. We used newborn sized Rumparooz and Alva baby, and I really liked the way the Alva baby covers fit— less bunchy than the rumparooz. (Also have some thirsties, which we hate. They just seem cheap and unappealing for some reason. I dunno, I can’t explain it.) I also liked how they were lined with fabric that touched the baby’s skin rather than the actual lamination, so I looked for ones similar in bigger diapers and found Norah’s Nursery. Not that I have used the inserts, but the Norah’s inserts are much better to touch than Alva baby because they are made from sustainable bamboo vs microfiber which feels icky to handle. Being made of bamboo allows you to place the inserts on top without having to stuff, also because it’s a material that can touch baby’s skin unlike microfiber. The rumparooz also seemed like the elastic band was too bulky and tight leaving red indentations on baby’s back. The Norah’s don’t seem to do that as much. The price is excellent for the 7 pack bundle plus a wet/dry bag compared to many other brands. It’s nice to get them in a bundle and not have to purchase individually. We use the covers once and then wash which works well for us, but for people who would prefer to use covers that can be wiped and reworn, these may not be the best option. (I found that wiping down and rewearing diaper covers made my baby stinky faster, so prefer to use a new cover every time.) The fabric seems to contain the mess better than the rumparooz, ie sans fabric. Without fabric, they are a little easier to spray off the poo (with a bidet sprayer), but not by much. We haven’t had any crazy poopoo leaks and only seem to get peepee leaks when we wait too long to change him or when he goes a lot while in his activity center stander thing or carrier because of the way he’s being held around his thighs and bum— if that makes sense. Basically, no crazy leaks as long as he’s changed regularly which should be done anyway haha. I have purchased four packs of 7. I did have a delamination issue with the Cali Coastal pack; 2 diapers delaminated after a couple of weeks and a 3rd looks like it might eventually. However, I contacted the company and they responded quickly and replaced the pack. The other styles I have have been fine. It was probably just a bad batch, but I opted for a different style just in case. So now, with a total of 33 diaper covers, I do about laundry twice a week. Although, 28 covers was more than enough haha. (For new parents— We had about 20 newborn covers and I was doing laundry every other day. With age, babies go through less diapers, so 20 might be more than enough. I prefer having more to wash in larger loads.) I wash on a heavy duty cycle with a pre-wash and extra rinse on warm and hang to dry. Been using Dreft and adding a bit of Borax because we have super hard water and vinegar as softener. They have been washed probably close to 20 times by now and have held up perfectly (aside from the defective batch). They dry super fast when hung, too. Oh, and they stack nicely! Unlike the rumparooz. Oh, and I’ve washed the diaper inserts on regular cycle with other clothes just to prepare them if we decide to cancel our service later and after five washes, they look pretty much like new. Lastly, the company seems to actually care about sustainability with minimal, plant-based packaging and using bamboo inserts. So yay!

Great Trim Diaper with awesome customer service
I ordered this pack to try them out. With my first we used a much more expensive brand that was given to us and we had issues with leaks. I wanted to cloth my second and figured this was a great deal with great reviews so I gave it a go. The colors in this pack are beautiful in person, but as I know from my prior experience the colors don't matter if the diaper constantly leaks or doesn't fit baby properly. I was disappointed when she leaked the first day out of the top of her diaper. But I posted a question above and got a prompt response from the seller. It was a fit issue and once I snapped the rise higher the gaping at little one's waist was no longer happening. I have since ordered another pack and can't wait for them to arrive so I can prep and use them! I prepped these by washing them twice and the absorbency is great, and should only get better with more washing. The pocket opening is a little small, my husband might struggle to stuff them but I don't have an issue and like that it is smaller so the inserts don't move around once they are stuffed. My little one is 9 months and right now the insert that is included is enough for absorbency for her which makes the diaper very trim. I ordered fleece inserts separately to place on top of the pocket to reduce staining and to help make poop clean up easier. The wet bag that is included is great for daycare and fits all 7 soiled diapers nicely. My friend commented on how cute these diapers were when I was out with her this weekend!

Just do it!
I never write reviews but this will save so many people money that I have to. Ways to use them at the end. If your even thinking about it just do it. We have been using them for months now and no issues. I was worried that the snaps might break in the dryer or pull off, but no seriously the best decision I’ve ever made. Saved hundreds of dollars already and they are so easy especially if your breastfeeding because you don’t have to wash them out you can just throw them in the wash since breast milk is water soluble and no stains no smell super easy. I watched a couple of YouTube videos of people explaining their process with it and I’d suggest doing that but if your looking to save a lot money with just an extra step or two if using formula get these!!! KEEP READING FOR MY PROCESS IF INTERESTED ** Our baby was just under 7 pounds so we used 1 box of disposable until she fit into them so be prepared that they may not fit the first couple of weeks I was scared to make the switch cause everyone told me that it would be so hard (even though they never tried) but boy I’m so happy I did. we bought a couple of inserts and just lay them on top of the diaper so only when she poops do we have to change the cover since they are so pee absorbent which also saved us from having to buy a ton of covers. We also go a bin and sprayer for the toilet for when she eats baby food (would need if using formula). These come with small wet bags which have been great to keep in the diaper bag for when we are out but I’d suggest getting at least 2 sets of big ones-4 total. I have 6 total (including bags to keep the clean ones) one set upstairs one downstairs and one to have when they are in the wash so I don’t have to run around looking for them but have at least 2 sets so you have somewhere to put the dirty ones when washing. We wash them every 2 days and no smell or leaks or any issues. This may sound like a lot of money in products or like a lot of steps but it’s not and I swear you are going to save so much and won’t regret it!**

Surprisingly Great — Wish I Tried These Sooner
I bought this cloth diaper bundle for my six-month-old after becoming unemployed and being home full-time. I figured I had the time to give cloth diapers a try — and to my surprise, I’m really happy with them. My only regret is not switching sooner! Quantity: The bundle comes with 7 diapers, which has been just enough for our routine. I use all 7 during the day, then wash them at night while my baby sleeps in a disposable. This combo works well and keeps things manageable. Leaks: I’ve had a few leaks here and there, but no more than I’ve had with disposables — so I didn’t mind. Quality: The inserts are very absorbent and do a good job keeping moisture and odors contained. The diapers feel soft and seem comfortable on my baby. Wet Bag: Surprisingly impressed with the wet bag — it seals in both moisture and odor really well. Washing: I wash them every night with Nellie’s Baby Powder detergent. They come out clean and fresh every time. It’s a bit of extra laundry, but very doable — especially since I’m home. Less Trash & Fewer Purchases: One thing I really like is that I’m producing way less trash. Disposable diapers get heavy, smelly, and fill up the garbage quickly. With cloth, I’m throwing out less and not needing to constantly buy more disposables, which feels like a small relief. Design Regret: I picked the solid color option and kind of wish I’d gone with a cuter pattern — totally personal preference, but worth considering! Overall: This bundle fits our routine really well. I’m not sure if it's saving me money or making a huge environmental difference with the extra laundry, but it definitely reduces waste and cuts down on disposable diaper runs. I recommend buying this bundle if you are looking for both quality and saving.

Our Favorite!
These are fantastic! Have been using them for a couple of weeks now. They clean easily, do not smell, and don't stain if washed properly. My baby loves the comfort of them, too. Cloth diapers give you what you pay for and this is my favorite brand by far! Great value for the money we spent. Snaps are sturdy, and the material is durable, holding a good amount of urine if the baby happens to take longer naps. Sleeps through the night great with these too! I would not say they're bulky outside of the fat; they are a bit bigger than disposable diapers. Very excited to continue to use these!

So cute and not bad for the price!!
Love them but would 100% invest in different inserts! These inserts have microfiber in them. Sizing is great if you know what you’re doing! Designs are absolutely adorable! We’ve never experienced rashes! We also can use these as swim diapers without the inserts!

High quality, affordable option
For the price I wasn't sure of the utility of the diaper. However, this diaper has blown me away. The colors are the best yet that I've seen in a diaper, so it wins even on aesthetics. The diaper itself is well made: the design is a good fit for my child and seems suitable for all babies in general due to it's shape and adjustable buttons. You can even button one tab over the other tab for a better fit or when you are out and about I need to close the diaper up to prevent any spills. The bamboo insert is wonderful for both absorbency, but adding in a hemp insert that is slow absorbency but absorbs very quickly makes this diaper last me 6 hours. For overnight use I just add two hemp inserts along with the bamboo insert on top and this is been the only diaper to not cause leaks in a 12-hour period for me. Also, you diaper is very trim on my baby and allows or plenty of movement around the legs without any of the red marks. I highly recommend the Geffen newborn Jersey top hemp inserts since they are 60% hemp 40% cotton which is the highest hemp percentage of seeing in the newborn inserts fit the best in the diaper. I can't believe how cheap they are and that they even come with a wet bag. This one is a no brainier, and I'd highly recommend even over my much loved thirsty diapers!

Leaks!!!
I really really really wanted to like these diapers. Though there were cheaper options, I bought three of their sets because the diapers promised to use safe materials. But the diapers leak so bad! And the leaks always happen through the seams. The first time I contacted the customer service, I was told it’s due to build up (though they were new) due to using a non-recommended detergent by Fluff University. I was using Nellie’s. So, I switched to Persil and followed the washing instructions as exactly recommended. Now, three months in, the diapers are leaking worse than ever. Every diaper leaks. Each and every one—for both pee and poop. I always change the diapers every 1.5 to 2 hours. Leaks through the seams and onto baby’s clothes. Some times, the inserts aren’t soaked through, but it still leaked through the seams. I tried doubling up the inserts. Still leaks. Same thing: through the seams and most times inserts aren’t soaked through. I still changed the diapers at least once every two hours even when I double up. When contacted again, customer service asked if I inserted both inserts into the pocket and said the pee probably missed the inserts entries and that was why it leaked through the seams. But the inserts were flat, so I doubt that is the issue. Even if it was, it doesn’t explain why my single inserts diapers leaked all the time too. I haven’t gotten a reply from customer service after that. I also have a video to show that there is no buildup as the water gets absorbed almost immediately. So that isn’t why leaks are going through the seams either. There seems to be good reviews, so I’m not sure why all 21 diapers I got from Amazon leaks. Customer service can’t seem to give me any answer too. So… well. I won’t recommend this.

Love these!
Not only do I love the subtle designs and solid colours on the Nora’s but they have great quality snaps and are extremely waterproof. I don’t love the liners and use a charcoal liner instead, which I find much more absorbent. But when I want additional overnight protection I add the bamboo to the charcoal and double up and they work good that way. Been using an entire year and they still look brand new, no stains, no wear to the waterproofing and the snaps all still work perfectly.
