How loud and brightis it? Can it be used for baby's night sleep?

The fan isn't loud at all. You can freeze the colour and from memory I think it can be turned off. One thing is that as the fan motor isn't suppressed, it generates interference on FM radios. If you have a baby alarm it might buzz on that too - can't be sure as I don't have a baby alarm.

The green light does not circle around different time durations. How can I fix it?

It’s normally inside the diffuser: take the top off.

Does it make beep sound when button is pressed?

Yes it beeps and has a small green light, you can press it upto 4 times, the more times you press it, the longer it stays on or until it stops when it runs out of water...
