I never knew about an ab mat until I started doing Crossfit. My first day in there the WOD had us using ab mats and the trainer asked if I had used one and explained it to me. They also suggested I modify the reps because of using it for the first time. I ignored this because I'm an athlete at heart......I should have listened haha. This product is great because it extends the range of motion to use your abdominal muscles to engage more with every sit up. For those who say this is to big, if you adjust your body to it by sliding it under your butt more to get the curve in your lower back. You should be good to go! This mat did exactly as I hoped, feels durable, and does the job. Highly recommend.

Was introduced to the original Ab-Mat at a Crossfit gym and loved it so figured I'd save a few bucks going with the ProSource. It's a decent product and good for the price, but it IS a slight bit different from the Ab-Mat, if that's what you're used to. The ProSource is a bit taller & stiffer ["That's what she said..." ;) ] than the Ab-Mat. The extra height ads a good stretch to your back and then you don't notice it after a while. If I were to buy another I'd get the original, but this is a good copycat though.

Simply Put: Durable and versatile for all types of exercise. -- Overall comfort -> 5/5 Purchased to give my knees support when working out at home. Great comfort from doing lunges without hitting the hard floor to learning to do push-ups from your knees. Whatever exercise, the mat pad will help you along the way without budging. Pros: -> Very cushioned. No need to be afraid of how much weight to put on it. It will support you. -> Does not budge when placed. Really need to be intentional with trying to budge it in order for it to really move. -> Easy to clean post workout. Cons: -> Could be slightly bigger when you consider varying body types and physical goals.

Wow this is insane! I am sore from doing abs on Saturday and it's Monday. Like sore as if I've never done abdominal exercises before. This will test your strength, mobility, range of motion and how far you're willing to push yourself to achieve results. Of course I know that I have some fat on top of my tummy and abs workouts won't diminish but I am training my ab muscles to become stronger as I diet and eat cleanly. All in conjunction this was an amazing buy and I only stumbled across it on Amazon. I had never heard of such a piece of equipment. It made me work out 3x as hard and, honestly the same ab workout that I switched up 2 months ago was painfully brutal and exhausting. I haven't had my abs hurt 3 days later the way they do now. 6 pack let's goo!

Great value. Quality is there for a very fair price. Is holding up well either with my kids walking on it. Padding is firm but forgiving.

It's fine, but didn't really help the way i would have hoped. Maybe it's the shape? I'm unsure, but it doesn't help me work out on my back, which was my goal.

Love it! I use it at home to support my head during certain exercises and to support my lower back for others. It's well made and should last me for years to come.

This has been a game changer for me. I am able to do hundreds of more reps on my crunches because of this mat. I have lower back pain and when I use this, it makes my ab crunches painless.

こういうのでいい。シンプルですが腹直筋への刺激に必要な脊柱の伸展、ストレッチが得られます。筋トレの基本であるフルストレッチ、フルコントラクト。実は腹直筋では意外と難しい。ホームトレーニングではアブローラーも良いですが、使う人を選びます。商品は適度な張りがあり質感も悪くないと思います。
