Very informative book!
This book really helped me refine my high intensity interval training strategy. Very thorough and informative. I'm a very active cyclist, and I've read multiple books on the subject, and listened to tons of podcasts, and read many studies, but I learned a great deal from this book, and the info is organized very well. Highly recommended.

It is another great book from Human Kinetics.
It is another great book from Human Kinetics. It has the science behind the "effective" use of HIIT. And it shows how periodization can be used to get the most out of 20 sports. I'm a hobbits (?) not a professional, but I have been using the strategies for my success.

Nice piece of knowledge how to apply HIIT in 20 different sports. Especially applicable to those who train or coach and do not want to go massive theoretical information but just want to understand what types of HIIT can be applied in different sports and different circumstances

Great book on intense training
Good day. I am from Russia, a coach of team and cyclic sports. The book is healthy helps in coaching. Excellent protocols for team sports in particular rugby, football. A bit heavy to understand, but this is the HIIT bible. Recommend.
