I needed 2 badly for my crested geckos and the local petshop has had problems getting them in because they kept arriving damaged. I was very hesitant about ordering something so big and glass but I needed just 2 more for my 'crestie' business. To my Great Surprise they arrived in Awesome condition. There was just one tiny tear in the top screen in one but that does not compare with how I thought they would arrive. I wish I had ordered these sooner instead of buying at the petshop and hauling them home myself. I definitely recommend these. I know accidents happen especially being shipped such a distance but I had a Great experience and would buy from again!!

This is a great tall terrarium! I got this for my syrian hamster and I like how spacious and tall it is so I can put a few platform. It looks exactly like the picture and description is pretty accurate. It’s a 1/16” longer than 25” but that’s no big deal.It has a ventilation at the bottom of the doors (that black rectangular plastic in front).The top is all screen and can also be opened.Packaging and delivery was great too, it has styrofoam on the corners for support.It comes with a transparrent plastic tray that you can put on top for humidity purpose (i believe) but I have no need of it right now.

Great product, glad I bought it. I was surprised there was no issues with shipping it - it was all fine looking. However, they put this ridiculous huge sticker right on the front of the glass and its one of those super cheap paper stickers that are so impossible to remove. I pulled it out of the box super happy and now I'm spending an hour scraping off little bits of stuck on sticker. Like.. what? Why would you do that.

The terrarium itself is nice, but mine arrived broken and the amazon seller (value pet supplies) has ignored my emails for over two weeks. I recommend purchasing from a different seller. One of the doors is completely cracked after it fell into the terrarium in transit, and because the door was bouncing around inside, there are multiple punctures to the screens on top. Sucks that I have to replace the door on my dime because the seller is ignoring me.

had to clean but thats as expected. the turning mechanism for the door lock is broken? i have just been using the fork locks and its not a problem. my adult crested gecko thrives in this thing. someone told me that its too big but it is not. it is the perfect size for him. i dont know how much he weighs but hes around a year old. he can get to his food every night and loves to explore his enclosure.

Using this brand as a first time vivarium for an adult crested gecko. Arrived in good condition and was easy to clean. There are small gaps within the doors that might allow small isopods to escape, though this has not occurred yet. The screen lid was a bit tricky to take off but it is sturdy. I used the product for 12 small treefrogs and 9 small geckos and anoles.works great as the top allows uvb light through to the critters.

This is a great deal for how big it is! My crested gecko is thriving and loves it!
