I don't think so. It is citrus based. Vitamin C is a natural preservative for liquids. I know that the bottle seems to last forever.

As far I as I know, yuzu zest is normally used in dishes. Yuzu juice doesn't have much aromatic flavor, it is mainly sour. Does this product have the delicate flavor of the yuzu zest? I want to use it in salad dressing and it needs to have a strong flavor lest it becomes too diluted.

Hi, while sour is predominant Yuzu is also pretty floral and sweet the way grapefruit juice is both tart and sweet. If that makes sense. Zest is always more delicate than juice and I have made several vinaigrettes w this. Rave reviewsHope this helps
