Best engine oil I've used for my car

Shell helix 5W – 30 fully synthetic oil
I’ve used shell oils for many many years. I had to take the rocker cover off my engine, the camshaft and the valve stems and all inside was like new after 44,000 miles no slush nothing very good high-quality.Oil change the oil regular
