They are made from 1,000 gsm punch board with with 250 gsm art card stock on the front and back. They are the same thickness as Settlers of Catan Tiles.

Is this dry wipe board?

The hexagon tiles are cardboard cutouts and are not made for dry erase markers.

Do you make anything like this in the 6 inch range? 6 inch blank hexes? Around twice the size of this product?

This is the largest size we make.

Will wet-erase markers work on these? (Not to be confused with dry-erase)

The surface is a little porous. So it would be difficult to wipe away any wet erase marker. They are made for permanent markers. You can however laminate the front (or front and back) if you have access to a laminating machine. That would allow you to write with a dry or wet erase marker.
