The product doesn’t work.The lights don’t work and only charges phone about 20% It says press and hold button for three seconds to start charge but it’s more like ten seconds and you actually have to press and hold it a few times before it works.Completely useless.

Does it’s job ,a further 50% charge for heavy users out there.Also protects phone well

Upon receiving the item I was happy with the build quality and the overall look. I fully charged the item and inserted my phone. Within an hour the item had fully discharged and my phone's was not fully charged - barely 30% was added. I left the item charging overnight and tried again. My phone again received barely 30% before the item discharged within the hour. I took a look at the spec printed on the item and it stated it had a capacity of 2000MAh (my iPhoneXR has a capacity of over 2900MAh) so I am confused how it can be advertised that it can supply "Up to 31 hours of battery power". Disappointed because many people who have bought this item, and reviewed it, have clearly received a better product than me. Returned it.

Was replaced existing cracked one -

So I used to have a charging phone case for my iPhone SE and it worked exactly how it should. This one however:Makes the phone extremely hot to the point where i turn off the case as I fear that it’ll damage the phoneCharges the phone very, very slowly, where it’s basically just keeping the phone on the same percentage (unless you’re not using your phone whereas it’ll go up maybe 5-10% max for about 30 minutes of charging)When charging the phone inside the case at home, it claims to use technology that allows it to charge the phone before the case, i can confirm this is not true and i believe just tries to charge them both at the same time so i end up taking my phone out of the case and charging it separately.However the case is bulky (which is good or bad depending on personal opinion) which means it does look like it could protect the phone somewhat if dropped. And sliding the phone in and out of the case is seamlessly easy, which shouldn’t really matter too much because you’re not really supposed to take your phone out of the case (kind of defeats the purpose doesn’t it)

Etui Mophie z battery pack niestety ładuje telefon jedynie do poziomu od 25% do 30% większego niż stan baterii przed jego uruchomieniem. Oczekiwałem że będzie to przynajmniej ok 60%. Lepiej kupić powerbank z ładowaniem bezprzewodowym.

Pas très long comme autonomie

Si usas el cargador de IPhone no carga completa la pila. Usando otro si, perfectamente. Es pesado y resbala, pero bastante útil, como soporte de carga.
