This is just perfect as a washing machine. Can take a huge amount of washing, but also has a quick 15 min wash for small amounts. For the price an excellent buy, and stylish to.

Really robust machine. Heavy duty and can take a large bulky items

Good machine for the price. The mycycle wash is handy if you do same thing regularly. Bought it for 12kg drum. Would prefer clear glass door, not sure what the benefit of smoked glass is?!

The washing machine was purchased as it had a large capacity drum. The utility room is an outside shed where the previous washing machine (Hotpoint) had operated fine for the past 8 years. The Cater-Wash machine worked for a few weeks and then stopped. Customer service was called and a technician sent. The technician said the utility room ad too much condensation and machine needed a new motherboard. I was then charged £195 for the call our and technicians time. And the machine cost £399! Why was there no warning about the condensation issue? Why have there customer service team not responded to our complaint. One can only assume these machines are built cheaply (unlike Hotpoint) and are not able to withstand cold weather. Very disappointing - I recommend that you do not purchase if the location of the machine can be cold and condensation occur.

Found this machine on Amazon as we needed a large load for our big family. A bit of research on the manufacturers and they seemed reputable. I wasn’t disappointed ! The machine is solid, well built and has loads of programs plus one you can program yourself. It’s quiet and stylish looking and has coped well with various loads including smelly dog beds and football boots. It appears to be based on a Samsung machine so you know it’s a quality product and cheaper to purchase on Amazon than direct from the manufacturers. Delivered on time but was very heavy in its packaging etc, but that’s because of the industry standard you are buying here. Top marks !

I am very disappointing with the size of the washing machine. I have a Whirlpool 9kg washing machine and the Cater Wash washing machine is 12kg is smaller in size and capacity compared to the Whirlpool.

Like the size of the drum and the performance so far.
