I have always used this because it brightened and skin improvement and I am always lucky to get the good product however this time my order was broken and damaged even before I received it the colour doesn’t seems right compare to what I always buy .if any one knows how I can get refund and replacement I would appreciate .I

Always concerned ordering cosmetics online that they are not genuine but this arrived with sealed nozzle. I am a fan of Cera Ve products but for some reason this serum is not available to buy over the counter in UK retailers/pharmacies along with the rest of the range. I know these products are made in USA but postage seems to be from Germany. I have ordered this product twice now from Amazon and (without expensive fast delivery) it takes a couple of weeks to arrive. However, on both occasions it has arrived earlier than expected and clear tracking was provided. Now in my 60's, I have spent a fortune over the years on often very expensive moisturisers and serums and have never before felt enthusiastic enough to post a recommendation. For my dry and sensitive skin this serum has been a revelation. It does not irritate in any way, gives an instant glow to my ageing complexion and works well with moisturiser. I wish it did not come in a metal tube but I believe this is the best container to preserve this particular product. It may be wishful thinking but I truly believe I can see an improvement in lines on my face, especially around mouth and lips. I would not want to be without this now I have found it.

This is the third time I’ve purchased this product, and all three times their texture and smell were very different.I was super pleased with the first one hence I bought it again, but the second one had a very nasty smell – let me not put it down here what did it remind me of. This third one I’m using now has a strong smell of raw honey.I went for this product because this one had less additives in it than its competitors, but now I really don’t know what to think as this inconsistency in texture and fragrance is rather unsettling. The packaging looks the same, the caps don’t fit on each other though.I left a review on another CeraVe product too complaining about the same properties of the product, so I’m really unsure what’s going on with CeraVe lately.

Other serums cost so much more. This works and after 2 weeks I can already see a difference in my skin.
