Edloe Finch Mid-Century Modern Coffee Table with Drawer Painted Peacock, Honey

I absolutely love this table, the value for the money is incredible, the craftsmanship is incredible, real mango wood, so much details, the best decision in my interior decorating I made for my house. It’s made in India, which means it’s definitely quality. Some people complained that it doesn’t have finished, that is true, and if that is a problem for you, you can get some pure tung oil ( 20$ ) and apply two coats, and it will give you this rich brown color, this is what I did. Otherwise it’s still has such a character even without the finish. The value for the money is incredible, I think I got it for like $250 and it’s real wood, solid wood. Really love it!

Stylish look at at a budget friendly price, great coffee table. Real wood construction and easy to assemble; you just put the legs and drawer pulls on, 2 minutes. Finish is not great. Stain is even but not sealed. It is suseptible to water rings. You should apply a sealer before use to avoid staining.

it's real wood—key for a coffee table that sees a lot of action (drinks, computers, remote controls, etc.) It's not finished but that's what makes it even cooler. The brass at the bottom of the legs really gives it a mid-century modern feel. The beehive honeycomb drawer design is way rad. All around, I give this an excellent rating!

Like others have stated, this has no finish on it. I applied danish oil in the color of my choosing. Its gorgeous. It’s a sturdy, beautiful coffee table which is assembled with rich easy. 100% would buy again. Don’t hesitate.

Quick delivery. Very well packaged. Easiest assembly! Love the drawer with honeycomb detailing. Love the shelf on the back of the table as it’s perfect for keeping tv remotes and such hidden, which keeps my living room looking clutter-less and Clean! Also enjoy the bits of gold-looking finish on the feet of the table and the knob on the drawer. It’s little bit modern and a bit rustic mixed with mid-century — a versatile piece of decor that will fit many styles of living room spaces. Wish it was a bit darker of a finish as pictured, but it will be easy enough to stain and seal if I decide to do it. Not sure I want to spend the time and money on it though. It is still presentable and sleek-looking anyhow. Minus the finish, I am very happy with this purchase!

This is a beautiful table in theory, but my first order came with a large staining issue on the top where it looks like the stain didn't adhere to the surface. So I reordered and the second table came without any staining at all....just a big unfinished wood coffee table, which is not the look I was going for (I attached a side-by-side of the coloring of the first table that I haven't returned yet and the one that I just ordered). This is especially frustrating because I live in a 2nd floor walkup apartment so maneuvering the large, heavy box by myself, up the stairs to my apartment twice, and then down the stairs to be returned is a big challenge. In summary, the piece is a nice design but there's obviously quality control issues at the factory.

Wonderful soft wood and excellent craftsmanship. I'm in love with wood and with this table in particular.
