Used this regularly for a whole year, with more than ten repeat orders. Really good protein--one of the best unflavored whey protein isolates in the market--but bad packaging strategy. Contents enclosed in two plastic bags--the outer one with the label and an asinine, cheap, terribly flimsy inner one which is the real issue. One time plastic pieces from the inner bag somehow made it into the mix--luckily I noticed it in my mouth and spit them out. Never ordered from them again.

One of the best and authentic whey isolate . It has the best value for money. Few of the points that gave me the positive impression of this product. (1) Very fast and easily soluble in water . I have tasted other whey products and know that pure whey isolate is fast soluble. (2) It doesn’t give stomach upset or bloating. Generally, Whey Conc has lactose which triggers bloating but this product is pure Whey isolate and hence no stomach issue. (3) Felt good result after using for sometime.

So i am writing this review after using 4 tubs of Big Muscles Gold and 3 packets of the organic isolate .First of all, let me begin with the most important issue with BigMuscles Products.The company advertises to give 27 grams of protein per serving,but in reality they give you less than 9 grams per serving.Thats the reason all of Big Muscles product fail in genuine lab tests.The company uses cheap theatrics to woo its customers, focussing on advertising rather than on productivity.Cheap maltodextrin(30rs/kg) is added to the protein and who knows even banned substances may be mixed to it. So before you buy any of the products of BigMuscles,i suggest you watch the lab tests report on youtube.

I've used it for a week but i don't think it's an pure isolate, it tastes very similar to milk powder, I've tasted other ones, this bu far tastes most doubtful

Good quality protein. I am halfway through my second 1 kg pack. quick dissolve (I use blender), no gastric issues. Neutral flavor. I add raw cocoa with no sugar (can add sugar free gold if needed). I add creatine, glutamine, carnitine and arginine too. Good results when combined with good workout. Good muscle recovery and no problem in digestion. However, remember, you need to put in efforts too, its not magic, and it wont work, until you do!

I will be honest, the taste sucks! If you can imagine, its like Lactogen + a lot of dilution. I guess this is the only drawback, but hey, if you want ZERO carbs, you cant ask for any flavour. I am happy that there are no fillers like maltodextrin. पीते टाइम लगता नहीं कि कुछ पिया, but result अच्छा रहा। Because of the fact that there are very little or no carbs, it might be helpful for lean muscle mass gaining + fat loss (with proper diet and calorific deficiet). I would also suggest to take atleast 3 lts of water daily. You can also add Creatine for a good pump, but always do it with your trainer's guidance.

I'm was trying every brands unflavored isolate whey protien and i can say its worth to buy.. You can go for it.. I loved everything about it... The best part is recovery acha h.. As my workout routine is push pull and legs in alternate days.. My legs recovery is awesome. . It's great 👍 it's not only for beginners.. Advance level athlete can also use it.. It works best for every level.. 😇
