Not your ordinary calculator. I still have the old desk calculators, but they sit there and watch this one go. Perfect buttons and display, for tired eyes definitely. This is a shovel compared to a spoon. “Texas sized”, and possibly what the Bible refers to as “excess”. Perfect for non-adding machine calculations in my tax and books business, and often targeted for theft by my 7 year old mathematician. Best and favorite desk calculator I’ve ever had. Easy to see, use, and firm buttons that make for fast and reliable touch.

awesome tool simple easy to use

I bought this to replace a 30-year old ten-key we have. I liked the size and we've learned not to need a print function (since it hasn't worked on ours in years) so I thought it would be a good choice. And it's a great unit! The buttons are just the right size so your fingers aren't cramped, they respond well so you don't miss keys, it's light/portable, the solar is awesome, and the price was $40 cheaper than a new ten-key. However, I didn't notice that this isn't setup the same way as a standard ten key, which has the plus/minus symbol on top of each other. For some reason, the multiply button is where most subtract buttons are. Even computer ten keys do this so I'm unsure why it's arranged this way. So, if you're trained to a standard ten-key, this will present a learning curve when adding/subtracting invoices. Otherwise, it's a great unit.

Perfect Size

just got it I like it better than my phone

I like to have a real calculator but not one of the big ones and I like to be able to "put it away" where I have access to it but it's not always in the way. This is a perfect sized calculator, light, excellent buttons and since there is no cord, easy to move around and work with. This is my second one. My kitty cat "watered" my first one with soda, and, while it still worked, it was a bit sluggish. But I liked it so much, I found this one...just like my old one and I am very pleased with it. I have got years of experience using calculators for many, many long columns of numbers. When I use a calculator, I don't look at it while entering the numbers. It feels just like the big expensive calculators of old, and the buttons are not tiny and have a nice click to them, enabling speed and accuracy.
