I gave this product 3 stars for pain relief and 3 stars for flavor due to the following: 1) It is truly not a pain reliever--but allegedly decreases serum uric acid levels--which may aid in preventing a gout attack. 2) I was neutral on rating "flavor" because it is a capsule--intended to be swallowed whole without regard to flavor. This is really not fair because the "features" I am asked to rate are not related to the products intended purpose. I would have given this product 5 stars if asked my perception of the products ability to help prevent a gout flare-up; although this could be bolstered by evaluating my serum uric acid levels--through blood analysis--before starting the use of the capsules--and comparing that value with serum uric acid levels after taking them for 30 days, for some degree of scientific accuracy, in the absence of any confounding variables.

I bought this after reading the reviews in Amazon. As bit hesitant to try as many things which I tried didn\'t help. But this tart cherry extract really helped. I normally get a joint pain even if I accidentally eat certain foods, now I take one or two of these capsules and feel better in a few hours.

I suffer from gout and tart cherries relieve symptoms. It is hard to find tart cherry juice so when I found the tart cherry pills from Precise Nutrition I wanted to give them a try. So far, so good! They are convenient and easy to take and so far have kept the gout symptoms (thankfully) at bay.

Doesn't bother me to take. Taking it twice daily based on the testimony of a family that has been impressed by it. Hoping that it will help with overall health. At my physical today, my BP was down from what it has been.

Seems to have worked with the swelling associated with gout...will continue to take to see if it helps with inflammation pain in joints.

I have been taking a different brand of Black Cherry, which was discontinued, for years, so I did some research and found that Tart Cherry is actually better than Black Cherry for gout and that Purecise gets outstanding reviews so I gave it a try. I used to have to take two huge capsules every day, but with Purecise, I get a comparable dose with one smaller capsule. I’ve been taking it for a week now and so far, it seems to be working great. I was worried about having a gout flare up when I changed, but so far I haven’t had any problems. Thanks.

I suffered from gout flare up quite often, the direction said to take one tablet daily, however, I take two every day and no flare up. I\'ll definitely keep using this product and also recommended to all my friends.
