Great access control system, I did have a problem with the maglock not unlocking but after talking to the seller it turns out I missed the little wire on the control panel from - to the com, after this the system worked very well, just watch a youtube video for programming as I found that easier

So simple to set up works exactly how I wanted it to. I fitted on my back garden gate. U will need to buy a bracket for it and I recommend wagos wire conectors in the photo made it so simple to fit

This product does work. And has lasted without fail for a long time so far. The issue is the wiring diagram. It's incorrect. Luckily I'm an electrician by trade, but it took my multi meter and some head scratching to figure out how to get it working. Apart from that. Good piece of kit, and with a very strong electromagnet

I fitted it with a professional electrician. He has installed another complicated intercom system so no doubt about his capability. He did the correct wiring but the unit keep beeping continuously and shows red light. The fobs couldn't get set up and the code doesn't work. The only way to unlock is from inside using the physical switch. If someone has a solution please help. Thanks.

I have now installed 3 of these locks and they are great to have, the things that let the product down are the instructions and the length of the wires from both the keypad and the magnetic lock. My advice to anyone installing are: 1. Remove or tie back the wires that are not needed on the keypad (only 5 wires are needed). 2. Extend the 5 wires from the keypad by around 120mm to make it easier to wire the interconnections. 3. Extend the 2 wires from the maglock by around 120mm to make it easier to wire the interconnections. 4. Make sure that the magnetic catch plate is installed with slack in the centre bolt, the slack is needed to take up any misalignment in the door or frame, this will make the lock grip harder.

Unlike a lot of reviews. Follow the correct wiring diagram and program either a fop or access code before you think you have it wired wrong. It doesn’t say that the fops need to be programmed in for the device to work in the instructions. I doubted my wiring and took everything apart before I realized my mistake.

after fitting it and wiring to diagram we found it didnt work properly,we have sorted it,connect the yellow wire to the door exit push button as diagram,but not to the push on the power supply,then connect the blue wire from the keypad to the push on the power supply,so using 4 wires from the keypad,then it should work fine as ours does,otherwise good product and now works well
