Are the instructions in English?

Mine didn't come with instructions. I used Pinterest and Google to help me learn what the tools were used for.

I can’t get the electric slotted tool open to put batteries in. Any advice or how to would be great! How do you get it open?

The top white part, twist it then pull the round tool off and it opens easily.

What kind of glue should i fill the 4 empty plastic bottles?

My favorite "paper" glue is Elmer's All Purpose white glue...
