Oakley mens Oo9154 Half Jacket 2.0 XL Rectangular Sunglasses

I have had these sunglasses one year and I am very happy with them. Never got a "name brand" pair of sunglasses before. I considered it a stupid waste of money. The problem was a kept buying at least three or four pair of the fifteen to twenty dollar pairs at the store and they would last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. I read the reviews on these and decided I would give them a try. Pros - If you play sports, there is no frame on the bottom part of the sunglasses, therefore your view is not limited or inhibited. Anyone who has ever lifeguarded knows this is a great feature as well...you do not lose field of vision. - The hinges have stayed tight. This is a big gripe I have with the cheap sunglasses you find in the store...the hinges get lose very quickly. I've had these a year and the hinges are still tight. - The lenses on mine have not scratched, and they should have by now with how they have gotten thrown around a bit. Cons - There was a cover for the sunglasses, but no hard container to put them in. For sunglasses of this expense and quality, you would think a hard container would be included.

the size it average one size fits all for men, big head small head doesn't matter, they will fit perfect and you will not feel them, they are so light you forget you have sunglasses on. i use them for all my activities, from work to sports to casual and business. the materials are soft and smooth. i recommend you go try them on at stores that sell them, you will love them right away. quality is 2nd to none. you cane expect top quality, fit, and and long wear like no other.

After a lot of research relating to what sports-specific Oakleys I was going to purchase (there was no other brand that could compare when questioning quality), I went with the Half Jacket 2.0 model. Fast Jackets are awesome, but were not fitting in my budget. The interchangable lense option, unobtainium grips, and iridium lenses for around $90 was too convincing. I priced these at other retailers and Amazon offered the best price. This is a solid product that will last me for years. Got them in the mail on a cloudy day, didn't care, wore them anyway. Oh and I thought I was buying the regular 2.0. They ended up being the XL model, thought that was a nice bonus. If you don't go with the Half Jacket, go with Oakley. They're expensive for a reason.

Firstly I want to say these glasses are nearly flawless. If you are like me and only had dollar store glasses until now, then these Oakley's will shock you. They are perfectly clear, and never fog up. The build quality is great, as these glasses are rugged as hell. I even bought a clear lenses insert for when I go shooting, and they stood up to more then a few brass cases to the face from a carbine class. These are definitely quality glasses, albeit expensive. However I do want to also explain what comes with the price. Oakley is a great company, I have many of their products. They stand by their products, and though I personally haven't had an issue with them my friends have sent in cracked or broken items and Oakley quickly sent them replacements, free of charge. Oakley also gives huge discounts and free items to Military, Law Enforcement, and EMS/FD Personell. I can't put a price on supporting our first responders, and I will gladly buy GREAT glasses from a GREAT company like this.

Everything fine just one nose pad was missing

I have never owned a pair of sunglasses over $20 before. Several of my kids have Oakleys and swear by them. Decided to treat myself. These glasses are great. Very light. I have worn them for 3 hours straight and forgot I was wearing them. Seem very sturdy. Lens clean up well. They look great. I have not looked at getting extra lenses yet, but looking forward to do that. I am totally satisfied with these.

Real Oakley at a price that beat the manufacturers website. I know my Oakley products and these are the real deal. The Half Jackets cannot be beat for comfort and protection for the eyes from bright sunlight. I have worn these for over 25 years and these glasses cannot be beat!

This is the second pair of Half Jackets I've owned, these are the 2.0 version. These glasses are virtually the same as the originals with some minor design differences but they seem to fit and feel better than the older ones and as usual, the lens are excellent but can be prone to scratching as my older pair are, or it might just be me being careless. Great service from the seller and a great price too.

Wer eine Sportbrille sucht, welche leicht ist und bei allen Bewegungen da sitzen bleibt, wo sie hingehört, ist bei der Half Jacket goldrichtig. Außerdem sieht sie noch gut aus. Für allzu große Nasen ist die Brille allerdings nicht geeignet, da die Nasenbügel, wie bei Oakley üblich, nicht justierter sind. Bei einer zu großen Nase sitzt die Brille zu hoch. Ich habe einen relativ schmalen Kopf und trotzdem sitzt die Brille schön eng am Kopf an. Das ist bei vielen anderen Modellen von Oakley leider nicht so.
