These were bought as a ‘just in case’ for my Camino walk but they actually saved my Camino when I developed severe blisters. You must leave them on and not be tempted to remove them as it could rip the top off the blister making it worse. Although expensive they were well worth the expense, I also shared them with other pilgrims when necessary

This is a must have for all hikers! Truly a game changer.

Finally the Compeed toe protectors are in stock. They are the best to avoid and treat blisters. I've tried many other brands when I cannot find this size in Compeed, but they do not compare to Compeed. I first found Compeed brand foot care in Italy 30 years ago because I needed something to protect my toes. They weren't available in the U.S. for many years after that European hike. Still the best.
