What are the dimensions of the board?

31 long mellow concave..? its a little on the smaller side I'd say. Just to tell you, I'm not an amazing skater, but I have a fairly solid trick bag and I don't skate stairs or huge rails; I'm a mellow skater. I bought this deck a while ago and I put maybe an hour of use into it before it broke. these are pretty flimsy if you ask me and I don't recommend this deck unless it will be used only for cruising / occasionally doing small maneuver or two.

Dose it come with a sheet of grip tape?

No. It is only the board. You have to purchase grip tape separately.
