Good help for your liver! Since our liver is one of most important organs in the body we need to care for it. Everything we eat, drink, and take passes through the liver. Many of us are on meds which help with one part of our body but wrecks havoc with our livers. This is one of the best I have found. I take heart meds and sometimes pain meds. I take Ultra thistle to guard against what they might be doing to my poor liver.

If you have problems with your liver this is the supplement for you. This is good for people that take pain killers fairly often even just Tylenol. Great if you drink alcohol. If you have a fatty liver. If you just have other liver condition, disease, or disorder. This is made with natural herbs, natural good bacteria, and other supplements that you need in your body. These ingredients are good for other than your liver. Like dandelion is good for weight loss(bloated), kidneys, lymph nodes, and even cancer. Milk thistle helps with diabetes, cholesterol, allergies and has anti-aging properties. And these are just a few other benefits. These were carefully thought out to be used with detoxing and protection your liver. I got this to see if this would help with my fatty liver. So far I can see that my stomach has gone down on the right side where the liver is. I feel a little different in a good way. A bit more energy. I don't drink, smoke, or have other liver conditions. Also I am not a pill popper. If I have a headache I would rather go through the pain than take a pill, unless it is unbearable where I have to keep my eyes closed, this is rare. There is no reason you should not be taking this. It will not harm you if you do and you don't have a liver problem. You won't regret it. I got this sample for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great Liver support

I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease a couple of years ago based on persistently elevated AST/ALT values and an ultrasound. My doctor advised me that the best thing I could do would be to lose weight through healthy eating and physical activity. He also recommended I take Vitamin E and milk thistle while working on weight loss. I have been using UltraThistle ever since. My AST/ALT values normalized within a couple of months, but it is hard to know whether that was due to losing weight, taking vitamin E, taking milk thistle, or all of the above. I continue using the UltraThistle because I don't want to mess with things. However, I do have some serious concerns about quality control and am not sure whether I will continue purchasing UltraThistle in the future. It happens fairly regularly that there are some odd looking capsules in the pill bottle. I've attached a photo to this review to demonstrate what I'm talking about. The UltraThistle capsule at the top of the photo is a normal looking capsule. The three capsules under it come from three different bottles of UltraThistle (I've been collecting the odd capsules with the intention of eventually posting about it should I notice the problem continuing over time). The second capsule has a clear chip taken out of the casing and is squatter than the first "normal" capsule. The third capsule is also squatter than the first "normal" capsule. The fourth capsule is the same size as the first "normal" capsule but it is only about a third full of powder. Given that vitamins and supplements are not subject to the same regulatory mechanisms as prescription medications, I've started wondering what is going on with my UltraThistle. A single odd capsule as a one-time thing wouldn't concern me, but I am concerned about the regularity at which I find capsules of different sizes, and/or that contain breaks, and/or that have different amounts of filling. These ongoing issues make me wonder whether I can trust that UltraThistle actually contains milk thistle. Also, given that one issue is that sometimes capsules will appear only a third or a half full, even if the capsules contain milk thistle, clearly there is some pretty major variability in dosing due to quality control issues.

I am excited ! today I went to my dr's apt and my liver enzymes level have lowered, not quiet normal yet but getting there. I start taking Ultra Thistle 1 month ago among with very consistent healthy diet ( I am not doing gluten, eat as much organic food as I can and grass feed red meat eventually ) and everyday workout, at least 30 minutes walk or biking. I have lost 13 pounds so far and I would like to loose another 5-10 pounds to be in a great shape and hopefully bring my numbers to normal. I really feel the Ultra Thistle is a great supplement together with my diet and exercises. (Sorry for any grammar mistake but English is my second language)

don't know how to tell if they are doing any good, shipping was quick, i feel the same as before, maybe the autopsy at the end will clear things up

This supplement is more of a miracle guys. I started having it 2 months back and now my liver enzymes’ levels which were outside the normal range especially AST is way back to normal. As a matter of fact, all my LFT test readings are absolutely within normal range now and that too on the lower side. I am also sure that by the end of 6 months, my Grade 2 liver shall improve to Grade 1, especially by virtue of new liver cells generation and reduction in inflammation. I think the product is good, but too expensive and therefore not accessible. It was nearly $80 (Canadian), an astronomical amount for a month month supply of milk thistle. Hello, does Natural Wellness desire only Canada's wealthiest cohort to benefit from this product. Do something about lowering the $25 shipping fee and I would likely buy this a second, third...time.
