I'm not one of those women who try out every new beauty product that come out on the market based on name alone. My skin is very sensitive, so for me to recommend a skin care product it has to be excellent. This one is.... I got a sample product from a kiosk handing them out and didn't use it for a long time because of my sensitve skin. I used it one day because I ran out of my usual skin cleanser and boy was I surprised. The scent was very light, the feel was non-greasy and foamed well. This cleaned and moisturized my skin without a greasy or oily feel left behind with a light scrub to the product. My sensitive skin did not react to this product so that alone tells me this company stands by their product when they tell you even sensitive skin can use it. I love this product and, yes, it costs a little more than the average skin cleanser. However, you get what you pay for and Shiseido has been around for decades for a reason and they have more than earned their reputation for great products. I would definitely buy from them again and will be on the lookout for skin scrub next time. Maybe a little more pricier, but well worth it for the results you want.

I used to head into Sephora to buy this because it is THE best facial cleanser. I have sensitive and acne-prone skin. In winter it is dry and itchy. This is one of the only soaps I use that doesn’t bother my skin. It may seem pricey but a little goes a LONG way. It’s creamy and makes a satisfying lather. My skin isn’t tight and dry when I dry it. Getting it on Amazon is so nice—saves a trio. HIGHLY recommend Shiseido cleanser!!

I really love this cleanser. I started using it when I started on Accutane and needed a gentle wash - this feels rich and luxurious but not stripping. I’ve since completed my course of Accutane and have repurchased this clranser. I double cleanse, so I usually am able to get most of my eye makeup off before I get to this cleanser, however this easily takes care of any stubborn remaining makeup. It does take a bit of effort to rinse - again, this is a rich formula, so it doesn’t just slide off the skin.

My face is usually oily so I’ve been trying facial products. I found this product Shiseido Clarifying Cleansing Foam and so far I like it. It’s been a few weeks since I started using it. You will just need a small amount to wash your face and it gives you a nice foam all over your face. Your face feels clean and the scent is not strong. It doesn’t make your face dry after using it. Very effective on everyday use.

I've been using this for years. Of the many facial cleansing products I've tried, this is my favorite. A little bit goes a long way (1/4") provides much lather. I don't use it to remove eye makeup. It leaves my face feeling clean and soft. Highly recommend.

I love everything about this face cleanser. The scent is mild and lovely, feels creamy and moisturizing on your skin. I use the very smallest amount, and it covers my whole face. I would definitely buy this product again.
