High quality, you get what you pay for, use wisely! I like to soak two sticks in water for 30min while charcoal grill is getting ready. Dump the water, then put the sticks directly on top of the coals and cover the lid. This will smoke for hours. Even when I go to use the grill next time, remnants of the wood is left over and will use that in chimney for next meal! Great with beef and pork!

My go-to for nicer cuts of meat on the Kamado, the flavor beats out standard oak and the whiskey flavor is great for bbq. Definitely expensive so I can’t use it too often

Makes great, sweet smelling bourbon flavored smoke and burns consistently. However, the pieces are of irregular size. I've included a comparison photo that includes another popular brand. All in all it works great but is priced a little high for my taste considering what you get.

While this wood did deliver on the smell factor, it was a really small bag for the price. This is a one cook bag if you’re doing a day smoke. This seems to be more intended to add to a fuel source for smoke. The quality is there, it was just a bit pricey for this dude.

Pleased with the way the product adds flavor while grilling. Ive been using another famous bourbon smoking chips for the longest time but over the years it has turned into small shavings. This product is nice and chunky only requiring one piece for my cook.

The bag says 180 cubic inches. Not even close. For it to be 180 cubic inches then the wood should be at least 18x10x1”. At best i get 9x8x1”. Not even half the amount that you are saying is in the bag.

I expected a much bigger package. I received mine yesterday and went to write a review and just noticed the price has also gone up 70%. Great smelling timber but hard to justify at that price.
