Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got these for my son's varsity play. He was issued the same ones in college. Great quality, maximum protection.

My freshman son was recovering from an ankle sprain and wanted to still be in the game. I started researching and came across these. If I knew they existed as preventative, I would have purchased them a lot sooner and maybe he could have avoided getting sprained. If you have a lineman football player, get these! We bought 2 different Don Joy ones. He plans to use one on each wrist, along with taping for prevention. One product has removable foam, but I think either works well. You can't go wrong.

Be careful only one brace comes in the box…. I needed one for each wrist and I didn’t know that.

Ordered two, one tore off where the strap holds the plastic loop to secure the band after one practice, my son didn't bring it home until today so I could try and return or see if there is a warranty. Past return date by 3 days (that one is on my kid) but there is no product help or warranty info that I can see on my order page.

My nine-year-old is a diver and we bought these so that she can limit the impact on her wrist when she’s diving from higher Heights. She’s only used it for three weeks and the neoprene is fraying. It doesn’t look like they will last too long. I do like how you can add or subtract the rigid foam piece that goes over your wrist to add support if needed. I did have to cut the Velcro because her wrist are so tiny so I wish they would come in a smaller size. The reason why I gave it three stars is due to durability and the price.

Used it a few times now playing hockey and I don’t even notice it, but it’s perfect soft-hard protection while it’s on, from falling on the Ice to hitting the boards. My right wrist doesn’t bend back all the way so when I put my hands together in a “prayer” my left wrist reaches 90degrees and my right is more of an 80degree bend. If I exceed that bend my wrist regrets it for weeks. If you do push ups with fists and want to protect your wrists during some physical activity, this is a great option.
