This is a suitable book that helps us a lot of ways in dealing with various circumstances that we bump into. I was amazed at the myriad of remedies that can whip up by baking soda. It has medicinal uses that may help fight colds and flu, insect bites, ulcer pain, sunburn remedy, deodorant and so on. It is also an excellent household cleaner. I can vouch for this book since it can assist us to prevent spending costly medicines and cleansers.

I always knew baking soda was good for more than cooking, but this book presented more venues and "recipes" for several other uses. I have already tried a couple and they worked. This book was informative, clear and helpful.

I cant believe how useful this is!
Wow! Baking soda really is amazing, who knew? Ashley Stone's "Backing Soda" is absolutely amazing! My grandmother always had some spare and would give us these crazy uses...well actually, they're not crazy at all! This has book has taught me the different ways it can be applied: Paste, dried, etc. And a long list of great tips! I can now say my microwave is squeeky clean, my mashed potatoes are extra fluffy and my bathroom has never looked better! Everyone must read this book!!!

More info than i bargained for, thats a good thing!
I initially wanted to read this ebook for the health and hygiene section, which had tons of new information. Really well written. Plus the other 5 chapters make baking soda into a box that works wonders. so many uses all learned from this book.

I also use Baking soda for everything from soup to nuts..so having this little book was really helpful..I did tell me things I didn't know, helped me be more efficient with things I did know, and and helped me to stop wasting money on fancy organic products that didn't do any better than plain ol baking soda, or a combo of baking soda and vinegar.( and I don't mind the smell of either of the two )

Great uses everyone should know about
I knew baking soda was great for many different uses, however we all get used to purchasing commercial cleaners out of convenience. This book was a great read and I am excited to ditch any commercial chemical cleaners in my house and get back to basics with baking soda. The uses are fascinating and my health and wallet will both thank me.

Die Autorin beschreibt darin die vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Chemikalie Natriumbicarbonat bzw. Natriumhydrogencarbonat im Haushalt. Die Substanz kann fast alles... außer das Baby zu füttern und den Hund Gassi zu führen. Muss mir unbedingt eine LKW-Ladung davon auf Vorrat kaufen.

Book has things well known as well as new tips Book has new and old tips that are worth remembering . Great alternative to harsh chemicals. Use the drain deodorizer all the time.

Useful, cheap and non-toxic...brilliant!
I've used bi carbonate of soda for years for many purposes taught by my mum... Lots more ideas in this book...fascinating. Can't wait to try them all 😀
