This was my first time at trying derma rolling so didnt really know what to expect . im nearly 63 years old and have lost several stones in weight and its showing in my sagging face. The roller i choose to begin with is a 0.25mm which isn't painful and is used to aid absorption of skin care products and i must say ive been very impressed with the roller it comes well packaged and i checked out the needles and they all seem really good . It wasn't painful it just prickled and ive elected to do it twice in a 7 day period and have completed my 2nd treatment . i liked the results i got with my skincare and hope that i will see a marked improvement over the coming weeks and im so confident in the product ive placed a reoccuring order once a month with Amazon. Will keep you posted and update this review in a few weeks time.

This is a professional dermaroller with real individual titanium needles as described, way better than dermarollers with wheel needles. I have waited a short while before leaving a review as I knew that the results would need to be given time to show. This was my first time using a dermaroller with individual needles so I was greatful for the leaflet guidance and advice that came inside the box with the dermaroller, they also sent email with detailed instructions on how to use. Excellent customer service and aftercare from Aufgeld. I was really happy with the packaging and the box it came in. Dermaroller was in a sealed wrapper with clear case for keeping the roller clean and to ensure the needles are protected. The process of using the dermaroller was very simple, it was just a bit painful. I found that my skin was irritated for a couple of days afterwards and would only tolerate products for very sensitive skin being used. This did worry me at first however I did find that whatever I did put on my skin was absorbed more quickly and effectively. After a week my skin appeared brighter and firmer, which was an added bonus as the main reason I decided to use it was in for fine lines starting to develop on my forehead. Two weeks after there was a noticeable improvement to my fine lines, however I will need to continue use to see longer term benefit. I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to use dermaroller from this brand.

I made the mistake of using a cheap roller at first and the difference in quality between that and this roller is significant. I went with 0.75 and have seen good progress in hair regrowth on the hairline

0.5mm watch out if you have not used one before. I bought this for the rumour of it helping encourage facial hair growth in conjunction with other products. It is more painful than I had anticipated on first use. It did not draw blood though my face felt sunburnt for 5 hours following. The rollers needles are quality made and no imperfections. Perfectly lined. The handle however feels very delicate as cheap brittle plastic often does though if you are applying enough pressure to break it you are probably doing it wrong. Overall it’s a good purchase. I would say it’s a good buy. Other cheaper options are out there but something like this is worth investing in something reliable.

the most important thing to note with this is that it has a very straight design.. most dermarollers have the head curved down, here the head is much straighter so you find you have to keep you hand more perpendicular to your head... simply put its not as comfortable to hold and/or apply pressure

I got the 1mm roller. I had read up ona let of these and tried a few but this one actually works. The needles are very sharp and you can feel/ hear them prick your skin. You don't have to press hared either. Ive had 0 bad reactions. So I've given it 5 stars because quite frankly, it works well and does the job. I'll but again.

My first time derma rolling and I found it to be far less uncomfortable than I expected it to be, this roller is easy to handle has real needles and is very easy to use especially as it comes with full instructions included in the box, great quality roller, comes in its own plastic storage box ensuring the needles are kept well protected from damage.

There are so many fake derma rollers on Amazon. You need to be careful. This one is genuine as you can see the individual needles which is very important. Have had great results with this and am so glad I now know the difference. I’ve definitely bought fake ones in the past. So happy I know about this brand and a great selection of needle lengths. Lo utilizo un par de veces a la semana; una para el cuero cabelludo y otra en la piel (rodillas, codos, cara) a los primerizos no recomiendo usarlo cada día en verano (sobre todo con determinado skincare) sobre todo si son agujas de más de 0.5; por ponerle un pero veo un poco complicada la desinfección.

J'ai acheté ce roller pour arrêter ma chute de cheveux. En fait j'en ai acheté 2. Le 192 pour les cheveux et le 540 pour le visage. Résultats mes cheveux ont plus de vigueur et les rides du visage paraissent moins marquées.
