Yes it does. I however have the regular ultimate. It has a mic in and a audio in with 1 usb slot. This keyboard is amazing!

Yes, it works perfectly with Windows 8, and 8.1.

Yes but F1 F2 and F3 already are.These are use by holding down the Function key at the same time as pressing the F key.F1= MuteF2= Volume UpF3= Volume Down

Razer BlackWidow Tournament Stealth Edition is this the same?

No. There are different version of the BlackWidow Keyboard. There is Ultimate and Tournament Editions. Tournament does not have the 5 macro keys on the left side and no backlite, while the Ultimate Edition does. There is also Stealth Edition and Non-Stealth Edition. Stealth Edition has Cherry MX Brown keys which make less noise when you press down on the key. The Non-Stealth Edition has Cherry MX Blue keys which are easier to press down on but make a "clicky" noise when pressed down. It's all preference but either way this keyboard is a good choice to buy.
