Fleetguard Coolant Analysis Test Kit CC2602A

Ordered 2/3/26 & received 2/4/26 without any issue. Expiration of the test strips is January 2027 so I felt pretty lucky. Used one strip testing coolant on a motorhome Cummins ISL and product worked as expected.

I am not a rocket scientist. And certainly, it can't be too hard to interpret the results of an anti freeze test. But, I could not understand the chart that came with this product. I tried, I really did. For a person who is not a mechanic, the card that explains the results might be a little easier to interpret or perhaps a small pamphlet to better explain how to read the results would help. I can't find anything wrong with the test kit. Just, how do you read the darn thing?

I was nervous about ordering these without being able to see the expiration date because they definitely have a shelf life. Luckily these are good for a while. We have a small trucking business and don’t need to use them quickly. Overall, I find them to be pricing no matter where you shop but these were the best price I could find. Suggestion is be sure to check the expiration date so you don’t waste your money.

Test kit was almost past expiration date. No way to use all of the test strips before the expiration date The test kit has a manufacture date of 2022, almost four years old when I received it. Will be returning it.

I’ve been using these test strips for about 6 years on my Ford 7.3 Power Stroke. They work fine as intended for monitoring the coolant condition. As with any test strip, expect some “interpretation” of the results as the actual colors on the strip will be rough approximations of the comparison chart. Beware that these strips have expiration dates and sometimes they get sent out at the very end of their useful life. My most recent purchase gave an expiration date of April, 2024 and I received them the last week of March, 2024. At $24 bucks I found that unacceptable.

Works as described

This kit is needed for Ford 7.3L diesel radiators. If you need this you already know it and further explanation is pointless. Fleetguard products are the best and the kit is accurate, how do I know??? Because my 15 year old 2000 Ford F-350 is still running. Just be sure you aren't sent a kit that is due to expire the week after you receive it, usually not a problem but be sure to check as this kit is useless after the expiration date is past, the test strips will work but will be inaccurate.

Strips arrived 1 month before expiry date but all 4 had already gone bad. Complete waste of money
