Better than "stylish" Peak Design Slide Lite for a fraction of the price
Prefer OP/TECH US over my Peak Design Slide Lite strap. The OP/TECH USA doesn't slip like my Peak Design and doesn't have the wide floppy loop down by the camera body that always gets in my way when I pick up the camera to shoot. I'm told that the Peak Design buckles are designed to allow for slip for easy adjustment on the go but I found it to be more of an annoyance. The traditional OP/TECH simple stay-put design is much more to my liking. Adjust it once, it stays put! The OP/TECH cushioned neck band is also very comfortable and the entire product has a quality feel to it. It's not stylish, trendy, and pricey like Peak Design but IMHO it is much more practical and at very reasonable price. Some say the OP/TECH strap is too short and I can understand that if you're a taller person. I'm just 5'8" yet I have the straps fully extended. It fits me fine but for taller people or those who like the camera to hang lower OP/TECH makes optional extensions. I also bought the OP/TECH wrist strap that clips right onto their quick-disconnect system. Like the OP/TECH neck strap it too is very comfortable. It's replacing my Peak Design wrist strap. Great product! Great price! Wish I knew about OP/TECH earlier!

Great product!
Yet another great product from OP/TECH. I have several of their filter packs and I love their lens hoods. This is the second camera strap I have from OP/TECH and while both are great, I like this one the best. Both straps are essentially the same. My first OP/TECH camera strap has the disconnect clips next to the shoulder pad, where this strap has the disconnect clips about 3" from the body mounts. The original strap worked great until I bought a new Sony a99MK2, removed the strap from my original DSLR and installed it on the a99ii, intending to purchase a replacement from OP/TECH for my original body. Up front I should have been thinking of this. My original DSLR very rarely saw a tripod, but my new a99ii spends most of its life on a tripod outdoors. It doesn't take much wind to get those straps flopping around all over, causing noticeable image degradation. Yes, you can tie them up with rubber bands, twisties or whatever but that is a pain in the rear end when the camera is on and off the tripod every few minutes. So, the old strap quickly went back on the original body where I should have left it. :) A quick browse of OP/TECH's products quickly turned up the 'Super Classic Strap'. Excellent quality just like my original strap and without the 12-14" of strap still attached to the camera when the shoulder pad is removed. Strong wind still tends to blow the 'stubs' around but not nearly as bad as the much longer ones. So far I can't seen any image degradation in my images so I'm very happy. Another nice thing about this strap vs my older one is that when the camera is on a tripod and the strap is disconnected, the ends don't have a tendency to snag on ever stick, week or branch within 20 yards. :) The shoulder pad section - like my original - is very comfortable. A a99MK2 DSLT or a900 DSLR with a Zeiss 16-35 or 24-70 is maybe a bit much (especially with a grip and two batteries) for this strap. I think OP/TECH intended this strap for something just a tad smaller and lighter. However, I've been using my original strap for years and have never had a complaint. The shoulder pad is very soft and comfortable even considering its relatively narrow width and I've never seen the need for something more. The compactness of the strap also means its light and takes up little room in a bag/backpack. Very important when weight or space (or both) are at a premium.

Can't beat the quality for the price!
I had a Crumpler Industry Disgrace a few years back and weighed the option of buying another one because I liked it that much. But a couple things led me to look at other straps, price and convenience (I don't always like having a strap connected to my camera). The OP/TECH Super Classic Strap w/ the Uni Loop option was one of the best choices I've made. Thick (1/4"), comfortable neoprene neck support that stays in place due to the rubberized texture on one side...detachable Uni Loop connections that conveniently stay out of my way when unattached, yet durable enough to provide me with assurance when fully utilized (less than 5lbs. I only use primes) even despite the fact that the webbing they're attached to feels a bit sparse (but satisfied)...all for a little over a Jackson! Don't let the low price fool you, this is a really quality product. I'm glad I now know what others have known for years...OP/TECH Super Classic Strap!

LOOK NO FURTHER!
This strap is WELL worth the price. The quality of it alone just amazes me. If you’re looking for a shoulder strap then don’t hesitate and get this one! There are a few notes I have for people that may be iffy. The strings that attach to your camera mounts/holes are thick. If your camera has small holes then you’ll need to add a keyring. Not a big deal. Another thing is that it is a pretty short strap. I’m 5’8” and the strap is sitting right above my hip bone when fully extended. Also, the non-slip on the shoulder pad works really well. I like that it gives me confidence that it won’t swing around but it also makes it a little difficult if you are trying swing your camera up to take a shot. If the strap was a little longer, this probably wouldn’t be a problem but given it’s length, you’ll have to adjust your shoulder pad to bring the camera up to your eye.

Amazing Camera Strap!
I love this camera strap! It is very comfortable on the neck and works well with my Nikon camera. I had some issues getting it installed, but I sent an e-mail to the company and they responded quickly with step-by-step instructions. They were very nice and courteous and provided tips on how to make things easier when adding to my camera. I love the fact that is made in the USA and that they have an amazing customer support team!! Thank you very much! I have purchased a number of these and have been unable to find the perfect camera strap that is reliable for my camera... so happy to discover this one!

Good strap, but some concerns...
Though it is super comfortable and you should not have any issue carrying heavy cameras/lenses for a long time, there are some issues I wanted to point out... For an avg sized person, it will be difficult to use it the neck+shoulder way. It is about 4-5 inches short. For only neck, length is perfect. The other issue is that the plastic parts rub against the body/lens hard and esp it concerns me when it hits the LCD. Though the strap is strong and the connectors feel good, finally the expensive camera is supported on the uni-loop which is very tight on the connector. In the long run it may wear off. Some people are concerned that the camera may be stolen because of the connector and buy the velcro for safety. But even more concerning is that the uni-loop can be cut in a second with a sharp blade or scissors.
