Nice set - would make a good gift!
Was pleasantly surprised that this was all a nice packaged set. Sort of expected the strap to be an afterthought added in the box but it’s a definite set as you can see. Would make a nice gift for someone! It did have a sudden strong smell when first unwrapping but it went away quickly, thankfully.

I withhel 1 star because I have not had it long enough but so far, I have used it to support my weight during stretches. I put it behind cushions to support my back and under my pillow to prop my head when reading while lying down and as a footrest while working at my desk. No flaws to date. The strap is very sturdy and non-slip. Supports my squats well.
