This is a GREAT FLAT IRON, you won't be disappointed! I have very thick non-chemical treated hair and when I use this multi-functional iron it never disappoints! I felt it was pricey but if you compare with other styling brands it is well worth it. Also a percentage is donated to helping wildlife good for the earth and your hair! :-)

My sister has a David Babaii flat iron and I was impressed by it so I went ahead at purchased this one. However, something about this one isn't right it looks like a David Babaii flat iron it just doesn't perform like one. I use a flat iron to curl my hair and my hair wouldn't slide thru the metal hair. I also couldn't get a curl I know it wasn't my technique because I've been doing my hair like this for years. It's just a cheap iron it feels like a fake but looks so real. If you really want a David Babaii you're better off going thru someone else since David Babaii flat irons are usually great flat irons.

I bought this about 8 months ago for a friends birthday, its worked great but I went to visit him yesterday and he said that it burned up. The handle of the straightener got really hot and he burnt himself when trying to use it. Its been good to him for the last 8 months, but I'm really disappointed that it didn't last longer than a year. I do plan on buying another for him.

It only comes in one setting so just be mindful of that. Otherwise it works fairly nicely. I have dark brown, African American hair. It straightens my hair well. It's not bone straight but it's a lot better than other flat irons and it doesn't have or leave any weird smells in your hair.

Before I purchased the David Babaii flat irons the only people that could straighten my hair was the Dominicans....I haven't had a relaxer for 2 years this flat iron is AMAZING !!!!!

I expected way too much out of a $20 flat iron. It barely gets the job done. Waste of my money 😤

I got this flat iron about 6 years ago and it JUST stopped working. Best flat iron and I've even owned a chi. Will be purchasing again.

I ordered this item from Amazon about two months ago, the first hairdryer stopped heating within the first two days I had it. Amazon graciously replaced the defective item, and the new hairdryer stopped heating within six weeks. My replacement window through Amazon has run out, and I am now contacting the manufacturer to attempt to have item replaced. I had read wonderful reviews of this hairdryer, and it was excellent for as long as it worked. It left my hair soft and shiney, in half of the time of my older (less expensive) model. The price of this item led me to believe it would be a good investment, however that does not seem to be the case.
