Craig Compact DVD/JPEG/CD-R/CD-RW/CD Player with Remote (CVD512a), NO HDMI Connection

Small, simple to use and works great! I loved it so much I purchased another one. The remote is a little wonky with wavy buttons, but does what it's supposed to do.

My wife & I are worship leaders at our "little" church; our 5 disc CD player has been threatening to bite the dust in recent weeks; after it refused the play a CD (after it had played it completely!), I decided to get something with decent reviews and that had its own volume control. This unit fits the bill for the most part, best thing is the price. Yes, as some say, it's a bit clunky sounding plus it auto shuts off a bit too quick for us, but it will do!! (it won't be used for DVD playback, at least we don't plan on doing so)

Works great and super easy to install! Took like less than a minute!!! Nice and compact. Plug-in play…plug it in and it’s ready to go! No need for HDMI, just change your source on your TV remote. The AV plug that it comes with iworks perfect. (Just in case you don’t know -red, white and yellow = red, white, and green)

I bought this two years ago, but I’ve only used it three or four times since we mostly rely on streaming. I only use it when a movie is available at the library but not on streaming services. After watching a movie and turning the player off, it would not turn back on the next day. The light stays red, briefly blinks green for a second, and then turns red again. I had to disassemble the player just to retrieve my library DVD. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me to buy a new one. This is a horrible product and it is extremely infuriating that a company would effectively incentivize the production of unnecessary electronic waste.

We absolutely LOVE how this Craig DVD player is super lightweight, compact, and easy to carry upstairs to our rooftop deck, which is exactly what we needed. It plays DVDs and CDs with no issues, and the picture looks great on our TV. Plus, the HDMI upscales nicely, but note that the HDMI cable and AA batteries for the remote aren’t included. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient player that gets the job done for outdoor or secondary TV use.

One of the best and the cheapest DVD player I have owned.

It's okay but each time you turn it off you have to go back to the first part of the DVD it doesn't save it where you left off but otherwise it's a pretty good product

Player did not proper start and plug not match into switch board

Really happy with this! It's tiny, takes up hardly no space and works really well. Very quiet when running too.
