Still Going Strong After Over a Year!
I’ve been using this HyperX QuadCast for a little over a year now, and it’s been great the entire time. The sound quality is clear and crisp, and my voice comes through really well whether I’m gaming, talking on Discord, or recording. It’s easy to use, looks great on my setup, and I haven’t had any issues with it after more than a year of regular use. The build quality has held up extremely well too. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my gaming setup and I highly recommend it!

Outstanding in Every Way
I have been fighting with a proper studio condenser mic for maybe 7 years now because I found it hard to believe that a USB mic could ever compare. Turns out, I was an idiot. After having to constantly struggle with incompatibility and needing new drivers with my old Focusrite mic, this thing, this absolutely gorgeous mic, plugged into my PC and worked instantly. No setup needed, no tweaking required. It literally was as simple as plugging it in and using it. Perfect straight out the box. It comes with absolutely everything you need. A shock mount that not only fits, but also perfectly matches the overall aesthetic, and even a mount for arm stands. I actually bought two of them on a whim. One for me, one for my wife, who was desperately in need of a proper mic. I got one for myself at the same time since I was fed up with my Focusrite. Best impulse purchase I've made in a while. The single complaint I could make about this mic is that it needs a pop filter. Every mic I've ever seen needs one when you get down to it, so that doesn't even warrant a star being taken off. The tap feature is amazingly nice. I love that it shuts off the light so I know it's off, which also lets the mic remain unobtrusive when not in use. The sound quality is genuinely insane. You won't be able to tell just how good it is if you test with Discord or anything like it. Using a normal audio recorder, though, shows just how crystal clear everything sounds. It's absurd to me how outstandingly stellar the quality is. This sounds perfect for professional narration. I haven't tested anything like singing, but I know it doesn't peak at the slightest spike in volume, has a built in sensitivity dial, and handles everything from a whisper to some energetic communication with ease. If I had to recommend a mic to someone for starting anything with VA on a budget, this is absolutely what I'd recommend. I am still reeling from the fact this is so cheap, so aesthetically nice to look at (it helps that a lot of my stuff happens to be the same shade of red), and so high quality. I spent over 200$ on my focusrite setup years ago and was constantly fighting against its issues from day 1. With this, I plugged the cable into a port and was already set. I just slid a 6$ pop filter over it and could not possibly be happier. As a warning, if you do have something like a loud AC, it will still pick it up. It's not magic, just incredibly high quality. That being said, it has directional input, meaning if the AC is BEHIND the mic, it shunts an astounding amount of sound. This mic is seriously a bargain for anybody, not just gamers wanting that gorgeous red glow. If this is in your budget and you're on the fence, absolutely go for it. This thing is just the best.

Gold Standard for Everyday Gaming and Content Creation
A huge upgrade from any product from Blue, whether it be the Yeti or Snowball, HyperX has proven that they can hang with the big boys of USB microphones. This microphone has all the features you could need for a midrange or even high end setup. It features 4 different audio capture options, including cardioid, stereo, mono, and bi-directional, the lattermost being great for podcasting/1 on 1 interviews. The stand is made out of metal and very stable, so this microphone isn't going to fall over at any point. Very easy to mute and unmute by simply tapping the top like you would any touchscreen, and the red LEDs giving a clear indication that it is unmuted. The sound quality itself is exceptional, very clear and doesn't produce very much USB noise. The microphone has some noise cancellation through the foam in the main chassis, but an additional pop filter is recommended for more noise reduction. It's also very easy to adjust the gain with the slider on the bottom to control the volume of your voice. The microphone also has a line out audio jack that is great for monitoring, and even works well as an external sound card for a laptop or other device in a pinch. No software is needed to get the most out of this microphone, which is very welcome. This is overall one of the best microphones you can get around the $100 range that is from a reputable brand, and has given me no issues and only worked exactly as needed for well over 2 years now. Recommended to anyone looking to do light to heavy amounts of gaming or content creation.

Micrófono
The HyperX QuadCast USB Condenser Microphone is an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their audio quality. It delivers clear, crisp sound that’s perfect for streaming, gaming, podcasting, or recording. The built-in anti-vibration shock mount helps reduce unwanted noise, and the tap-to-mute feature with LED indicator is super convenient. Setup is quick and easy—just plug and play. Overall, a reliable, high-quality microphone with a sleek design that performs great for both beginners and professionals.

Great microphone for a noticeable upgrade
TLDR- This is a really great mic for gaming, streaming, and general usage, it may not hold up to music studio recording standards but could work for beginners. Included in box- Packaging is well put together, included is the mic, the shock mount, a base to set directly on a desk surface, a USB cable, an adapter for different sized threads on swing arm mounts and manuals and warranty information. Materials/ build quality- The build of the mic feels pretty premium, i haven't found any shortcomings after nearly a year of use. The microphone cylinder is metal and the holes cut into it don't have any sharp edges. The top where you mute the mic and the bottom gain control knob feel like they are made of plastic and coated in a soft rubber. They can be a fingerprint magnet but can be cleaned easily. The bungees that hold the microphone in place are sturdy and do not let the microphone sag, the microphone is not perfectly centered if you look closely but it has no affect on the overall product. The included base is made of the same black coated metal and is very solid. It has a rubber ring around the bottom that keeps it from sliding or being rough on your desk surface. Functionality- The microphone works great for every application I have used it for, the setup is very straight forward and it has performed without fail Good- The sound quality is a large improvement from a headset or webcam mic, construction is very good quality, the setup is plug n' play and painless Bad- The light inside this mic is very bright and a bit obnoxious, could clash with RGB setups unless you get the new quadcast S. It would be a nice option to adjust the brightness or be able to turn it off all together. Recommendation- I would definitely buy this microphone, if you care about RGB I would go with the newer quadcast S. The sound quality increase is worth the price to me for creating youtube videos, streaming and voice calls/meetings in general.

Upgrades People, Upgrades!
I previously owned a Razor Sirein Mini and decided to upgrade to the HyperX QuadCast. I would encourage anyone who uses a microphone to have one. I personally prefer using my microphones with a boom arm, but this microphone isn't bad without it. A boom arm amplifies the value of this microphone. I had no problems using this mic from the start. It functions well, and you don't need a Goxlr to use this mic.

Excellent For Gaming, Content Creation, Audiobook Recording, and Surprisingly—Singing!
I wanted a microphone to begin content creation with. We've all seen the HyperX Quadcast in dozens of YouTube videos, sponsored or not, and I have to say that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop after seeing so much positivity for it. There is no other shoe. The LED is vibrant without being blinding, so you know when you're live or muted. The sound quality is fantastic. I literally have to leave this near the lowest setting on the sound dial on the bottom so I don't come across as too loud. The metal stand it comes with is heavy and durable, although I did invest in a boom arm. The stand is, agem, on standby in the meantime in case I need it; definitely a high-quality stand. Whether you record in Elgato Game Capture HD, OBS, or Audacity, this works wonders. It's as plug-and-play as you can get for PlayStation 4, which is where I capture my gameplay. Seriously, you plug it in and it swaps devices for you, setting the microphone up in about two seconds flat. The shock mount is great. The adapter is top-notch. The sound quality is fantastic. But do you want to know the one con I've found in all of this? The built-in pop filter. It's not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but I did purchase an external pop filter as well to have those extra mesh layers. It does pick up plosives more than I would like, but once again, I bought a microphone, not a pop filter. The fact that the built-in pop filter diffuses wind at all is astounding, but I will say that I benefit greatly from a $8.99 basic gooseneck pop filter and a few filters on OBS for noise gates and cancellation. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. Best microphone I've ever owned, hands down. I have future plans of audiobook recording, and this works beautifully. My friend even sang into it to test the quality, and we were both shocked. Also, my teammates immediately noticed a clearer, cleaner sound the second I hopped in the PS4 party without me mentioning that I got a new mic. It's an upgrade all around.

Fantastic!
Bit of a late review to purchase, but this microphone is wonderful. Bought it on recommendation and I didn’t know what to expect. The tap function on the top of the microphone to mute and unmute paired with a clear “on" and "off" from the LED in the mic helps tremendously. Plugging it in for the first time is easy and effortless, and the modes toggled on the knob are simple and effective. The audio quality produced through is it great! after a few tests to sedate my curiosity I discovered its strong enough to even pick up on my heartbeat if I leaned close to it and with the correct settings. I’m not using this thing for anything professional, but for me it’s PLENTY enough! Conclusion: nothing bad to say! Easy to set up, sound is great and it looks cool too, a really nice addiction to the desk. I very much recommend this microphone

Hyper X Quadcast review compared to Blue Snowball Ice
The HyperX QuadCast is an ultra-credible USB mic. Was on superb price during Ramadan offers. Here's what you need to know: 1. Versatility and Quality: - The QuadCast offers great response and is easy to use. - It's ideal for podcasting, streaming, or any vocal-centric application. - The red lights indicate when you're live, making it user-friendly. 2. Technical Details: - Dimensions: 21cm (without stand), 25cm (with stand) - Weight: 254g (without mount or stand), 364g (total) - What We Like: Easy setup, clear when muted, decent quality - What We Don't Like: USB-only, slight sibilant boost, added light 3. Sound Quality Metrics: - Sound Quality: 9.5/10 - Bass: 9.5/10 - Midrange: 9.7/10 - Highs: 9.0/10 - Durability/Build Quality: 9.0/10 - Value: 9.0/10 - Design: 9.0/10 4. Overall Impression: - The QuadCast is a reliable choice for content creators and gamers. - While it's not for professional recording, it delivers excellent performance within its price range. The Blue Snowball iCE is an entry-level USB mic with its own unique charm: 1. Design and Looks: - The spherical design resembles a retro radio, making it stand out. - It's compact and comes with a solid metal stand. 2. Sound Quality and Quirks: - Crystal-clear quality for both speaking and singing. - It has a single polar pattern (cardioid) and lacks additional modes. - Not ideal for extreme closeups or handling distance. 3. Pros and Cons: - Pros: Mid-century aesthetics, great sound (with tweaking), portable - Cons: Limited polar pattern, not suitable for extreme closeups 4. Comparison with HyperX QuadCast: - The Snowball iCE is budget-friendly, while the QuadCast offers more features. - Both serve different purposes: the QuadCast for streaming and podcasting, and the iCE for entry-level recording. In summary, choose the HyperX QuadCast if you want versatility and professional-grade performance. Opt for the Blue Snowball iCE if you're on a tight budget and need a straightforward USB mic. Each has its niche, so consider your specific needs when deciding. Remember, the right microphone depends on your use case and preferences! 🎙️🎧

Good microphone for a decent price
The microphone sounds good, no weird noises, rattling or anything. Although I recommend a pop filter, the built in one is not bad, but sometimes when pronouncing p's and s's you hear a pop. I use it on a cheap microphone stand and it works great. On the top of the mic you have the mute button, there is no click, you just hover to lightly tap it. When the mic is muted, the red light turns off. I have not tested the different sound settings knob on the back. There is a also a audio jack on the back. I recommend this microphone, using it almost daily past 6 months.

Após 1 ano de uso...
A qualidade do som é indiscutível: é muitíssimo bom. Ponto!
