This is the perfect dose for me. Most other brands sell 3 mg or higher. I don't need nor want anything higher than 1.5mg Taken about a half hour before bedtime and I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I find there are no side effects, like morning drowsiness. Very good product.

This sleep aid used to be sold at Dollar Tree. It took me forever to find it again as the name has changed. I have tried several Melatonin based sleep aids and NONE works like this one . I’m a nightshift worker and need my sleep . According to my Fitbit sleep analytics my sleep with this sleep aid is in the “ good” range and I get at least 7 hours of sleep. That’s great as without it I’m in the “ fair” range and only get between 4 and 6 hours. Definitely a great product that doesn’t make me feel groggy after use and the taste is very nice as well! 100% recommend this product!!

This product is so helpful. It doesn't make you feel drowsy in the morning, and if you wake up in the middle of the night, you don't have to go through the "how many hours do I have left for sleep? and will I be able to wake up for work if I take this?" decision tree. I work crazy hours and am a terrible sleeper, so I constantly have to decide if I take a sleeping aid; will I be able to wake up on time for work? Or should I just stare at my clock for the next few hours, waiting for my alarm to go off? Melatonin in particular tends to be the worst for me; I always feel like a zombie the next day, so I typically avoid it at all costs. However, this product is fantastic! It tastes fine, it dissolves quickly under your tongue, and it knocks you out just as quickly. The best part, though, is that because it's such a low dosage, you can take it in the middle of the night with only a few hours to spare, and you don't have to worry about waking up groggy the next day.

Use to use another brand with similar ingredients but no longer available. I figured id give this one a try and it works well for me. No groggy side effects .

These work so well.... Almost too well that they became very addicting. I started taking in Sept of last year and because I had suffered with insomnia and am not on a normal sleep schedule due to work... these were a godsend. 15 min and would zonk right out. (I did have the weird dreams which melatonin is known for... but besides that- great sleep and no morning grogginess). Because they were so awesome- I started to take every single night (and it was GREAT sleep!) So the one thing I did notice was it seemed to mess with my monthly cycles.... I had heard to be careful with melatonin as it does effect your hormone levels. My mistake was taking EVERY single night for a prolonged time instead of when I needed it. I finally had to stop because it was definitely effecting me. I will def keep them on hand in the event I have insomnia or need a good night of sleep. I don't know if it effects every female this way or what the other side effects people have had. But this was my experience. Was a bummer as they REALLY REALLY work great and having that quick solid sleep every night was awesome.

I struggle with my sleep at times and like to take more natural sleep aids. I have bought and tried regular melatonin and other more natural sleep aids with no success. This is the only sleep aid that is effective for me. What I love most about it is that I can take it at 3 or 4 am and not wake up feeling groggy. It is made to work well even when taking in the middle of the night, thus the name Midnite. The packaging simply suggests getting at least three hours of sleep after taking it. It is chewable, dissolves in seconds, and doesn’t have a nasty taste. It is something I always keep in my home as it truly helps me sleep. It is well worth the money spent.

Love this product. Works quickly and I never wake up groggy. Like that it’s homeopathic and not filled with drugs. Been using for years but it’s hard to find in local stores, so Amazon to the rescue!!
