Can this device pair with multiple phones? So both my wife and I can use it with our respective phones.

Funny that you would ask that the short answer is yes my girlfriend sometimes forgets to disconnect hers and I'll be in the tub listening to my music and her phone will ring on it awkward having her sister say hello when I'm in the tub lol but yes just make sure to disconnect when done or else both will work at the same time

on package it says it reads text messages how do you make it do that?

I haven't really tried that but you can make Siri make them read them if you have her. You can usually either double click the phone button and you can ask her to read your latest messages. But if you're an android user then I really don't know if you can.

How can you tell when it's fully charged

When you plug it in there's a red light that glows and when the light goes off it's fully charged

When trying to pair, mine won't flash red and blue lights, only blue. It won't pair. Anyone have same issue?

I'm having the same problem! It turns on, makes a sound, only a blue light flashes, and my iphone, ipad, and computer are all bluetooth enabled, but none of them can find it to pair!
