The Barista Pro, Bean to Cup Coffee Machine with Grinder and Milk Frother, Brushed Stainless Steel

This is a fantastic coffee machine. I feel like a proper barista using it. It’s perfect for home use. Firstly it’s incredibly stylish ( I have the Brushed Stainless Steel ), sleek and easy to clean. The size is just perfect on the kitchen counter, we have a galley kitchen that isn’t particularly big but the machine fits in perfectly and is not too big. The instruction booklet is easy to read and helpfully has several pages clearly worded, with diagrams, on how to use and set the settings for first use. Also pages for troubleshooting. There are two settings for coffee dispensing - 1 shot or 2 shot. The frother is excellent and with a bit of practice ( and lots of YouTube tutorials) you can be making coffee art like a pro! The timer to dispense coffee and grind settings for the beans there are clear instructions what to set them to in the manual but I did alter slightly to reduce output and get a slightly finer grind of coffee. The great thing is it’s very easy to adjust to suit your taste/ beans and very user friendly. As you can see in the photos this Barista Pro machine delivers a professional level of creme on the coffee that you would expect in a high end independent coffee shop. The coffee comes out so smooth and flavourful as well as perfectly hot even if you have just turned the machine on. This is the perfect buy or gift for any coffee lover, a machine that respects the standards we now expect from our coffee and allows you to treat it as more of a passion and art form than most standard coffee machines. It’s never leaked and it’s very quiet as well. Looks stunning, easy to clean, great digital display, durable solid materials, well built and delivers a great cup of coffee.

There's a learning curve to dialling in espresso but you can still make great coffee with no experience. Three second heat up time is excellent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great machine once dialled in This is a great coffee machine once you’ve taken the time to set it up correctly for your beans. The build quality is excellent, with a solid stainless steel finish that feels premium and well made. It does take some time to “dial in” the settings. On the default grind setting, the coffee came out far too fine. Even increasing the grind size to the maximum didn’t fully solve the issue, so we had to adjust the burr grinder. This was easier than expected by following the online manual. After that, it was a case of fine-tuning the grind size, grind time, and water amount. The setup process was a bit frustrating at first, but a few YouTube videos helped and we got there in the end. Now it takes just moments to make a very good cup of coffee. I’m still perfecting the milk frothing, but that’s down to my technique rather than any fault with the machine. Overall, very happy with the purchase despite the initial frustration

I bought The Barista Pro on the 17/6/25 and it was going great guns until this morning "12/1/26" which is about 7 months of usage. I went to make a coffee this morning and heard the grinder making a high pitched screeching noise " See Short Video" Upon contacting Amazon about it, they have agreed to issue a refund so I can order a replacement as the seller in this case is 3rd party. Its a pain sending it back as its a heavy machine but what do you do.

I decided to take the plunge and move away from pod coffee to sourcing artisan beans from my local roaster and taking control of all aspects of the brewing process. This machine allows me to choose how fine or coarse to grind my beans, exactly how much coffee I use per brew and how long I run the infusion for. The consistency of every step is excellent! I also appreciate the low water alert feature - previous machines I have used only fail when the water runs out, but this one alerts you to refill the reservoir before it runs dry, ensuring you never airlock your pump. I also really like the Dosing Funnel attachment, this make the whole process mess-free! No more grounds scattered all over the countertop! Using the funnel when grinding keeps all the coffee in the brew filter while you tamp it down with the included tamper (which stores away very handily in it's magnetic storage bay). While I don't often use the steam wand to froth milk (I drink my coffee black) when I do, it works flawlessly and is easy to keep clean. I highly recommend this machine for people who really enjoy coffee and want the best tase for the least hassle.

I saw another review saying that even the fine grind is too coarse and when I pulled the first cup that was my initial impression too BUT you can adjust the burr grinder to a much finer grind and that will COMPLETELY change the whole experience so make sure to do that. You have to remove the grinder, there are YouTube guides for it. The machine is very good, some coffee knowledge required but you can pull an amazing espresso.

Missing items from the product. Distribution funnel missing and also cleaning powder

I bought this in January from Amazon AE (though shipped and sold by Amazon UK). After ten days, I started to notice huge vibrations and then water leakage from various parts and surfaces (including underneath) when steaming milk. I had to return this back to the UK and incurred the shipping fees unjustifiably even though it is a damaged and defective product. Amazon AE is not cooperating even though they are the actual seller. It is highly recommended to buy directly from the certified retailer on Sage website to avail warranty / replacement. Otherwise Amazon is of no use.

Dosing Funnel was missing,

the machine is great and works well, but in description said it comes with dosing funnel and with baratza burrs and it didn't, this is not the upgraded version, other than that machine looks amazing and espresso quality is improved from my bambino
