Q: Is this tpm module vulnerable to the flaw reported in october 2017?

Just got one (Jan 25) and the script from Microsoft Advisory ADV170012 reported the TPM as compromised and advised against use without upgrading firmware.

Q: Is there any place to find the specifications of this tpm module? is this manufactured by asus or another tpm manufacturer like infineon?

the 14-1 and 20 pin TPM headers are standard. there is a 12-1 TPM header as well used by a few manufacturers. be sure you have the 14-1 or 20 header and buy the appropriate module so it fits properly.
