It’s sharp but it won’t stab you when you are carving. This is the best choice for any whittling project. I love this knife.

I used this to clean out my spicy peppers prior to dehydrating. The large handle and short blade makes easy work of the fine detail work.

Knife was sharp right out of the package but I didn’t find the handle to be very comfortable. I ended up returning it and buying the flex cut set which is an upgrade in my opinion.

Great knife. Works well with hard wood. Has held its sharpness so far. Longer bladed version is on my list.

Il primo che avevo preso dopo qualche lavoretto aveva iniziato a muoversi la lama, ma evidentemente era dovuto a un difetto accidentale di produzione, probabilmente già si muoveva ma non me ne ero accorto. E mi è stato inviato un coltello sostitutivo. Queste lame tagliano veramente bene e sono molto comode da gestire, ho addirittura usato una loro lama da sgrosso su un pezzo di ulivo, e se l è cavata molto bene. Allo stesso prezzo non è facile trovare altro.

I have nothing negative to say, and I haven't tried the knives yet.
