Unhappy! Items misrepresented.

Ordered for granddaughter's birthday party. Advertised items would have been great for that. Items actually received were not what I thought I was buying. You actually state in the Q&A section that what you see is what you get. I'm getting so tired of get substandard or misrepresented items off Amazon.
