How can i use this oil ? Add with old engine oil and run car ?

This is only to FLUSH OUT all the old engine oil. First start your engine and drive 5 kms. Then come back to the garage and drain out the old oil following instructions given on the Amsoil flush bottle. Do as per instructions given there.

Yes it can be used for manual flush also but for better results zero throttle engine running is advised
