Acne Aid Soap Bar for Acne and Oily Skin 100 grams

Have been uning this soap since age 14, I'm now 58! Doesn't that say it all. Steifel stopped making it in the US for unclear reasons, but it is still made in Thailand for some reason. I was concerned that the formula might be different, and though the ingredients look a bit different, the color and feel of the bar is the same. I use it to clean my glasses after my shower because it leaves NO residue and does and excellent job with oily skin and scalp, which I still have after all these years. The vendors that I used in Thailand was very responsive and I will be making this purchase again.

I think I could use something not quite so strong. I will give this to a friend with more oil on their complexion.

ACNE-AID soap, is actually the old "DERMAC" soap by Stiefel, recently discontinued in Europe! I am 45 years old and I was using this soap since I was 15, due to my acne first and my oily skin later on. After discontinuation in Europe (for uknown reasons) I was desperatly looking for this all over the world. I found it with different name, as "Acne-Aid" and I was a bit suspicious if the two products were actually the same. But Acne-Aid is what is intented for. It leaves me with a "squeeky", mat appearance face, regulating my oily skin all day. I recommend this for those who have oily skin.

I had a very bad acne for more than 6 years and then when i got to know about this soap i tried it and it really did some magic. My skin got so clear and soft without any blemishes. Then after coming to US i tried to buy this soap, so my husband ordered 5 soaps named acne aid but with a different cover (red and white colour) attached the pic below. After getting that soap i thought only the cover is different so there wouldn't be any problem. But that soap worsened my acne. Then i found this acne aid soap with a yellow coloured cover in amazon and bought, because this is the same exact soap that had cleared my acne earlier. After getting the soap i saw there were stickers on many places of the soap cover hiding the actual print on the cover. Say like "For acne and oily skin" has been hidden by a sticker mentioning "acne prone and oily skin" and likewise, though there is no big difference with a word there should be some difference between these 2 soaps. So i took the red and white coloured soap's cover and tried to see the difference but i couldn't find any difference because the few differences between these two soaps have been hidden by stickers. Only then i got to know that its the same soap that i bought earlier with a different cover and now in this cover with stickers on it. I am feeling like i have been cheated, now i have 6 soaps at home and also I have paid 10$ for each soap so I don't want to throw them away. Its like paying around 65$ for useless soaps. Please don't trust this product anymore!

This is the best soap I've found for dealing with oily skin and Rosacea. Cetaphil is what my dermatologists have recommended. Cetaphil doesn't clean well and doesn't do a thing to help with oily skin. I haven't tried all the many soaps available on Amazon. Why bother when this works so well?

I have used this product for years and was disappointed when I could no longer purchase it in the United States. Was thrilled to see it was available through Amazon. It works well for my skin.
